Very friendly and helpful people. Excellent breakfast. The room was spacious enough. The hotel is in 10 min. walk from the Pasila train station with a lot of trains to Helsinki city center (approximately 5 min in train, it looks like all or almost all trains to the Helsinki main station go through Pasila). So, it is a really convenient place to reach activities in the center of Helsinki. Additionally, near the entrance to the hotel, there is a stop of a tram, which seems to go also to the center. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, but quite expensive, as almost all restaurants in Helsinki (the kitchen closes somewhat early). A lot of shops nearby in the Tripla Mall (5 min. walk).

The room was freezing and the air conditioning didn't work. It was set to maximum and made a loud white noise so loud that we couldn't sleep. Combined with the room temperature, it was unbearable. It was warmer in the corridors and lobby. The staff were helpful, offering us to change rooms, which we did three times. Unfortunately the issue persisted in the other rooms and on another floor as well. Apparently there was an issue with the AC, as there was no way to adjust it, which according to the staff shouldn't have been the case. We ended up changing to a different hotel in the middle of the night.

It was comfortable and very clean. And the location was excellent. Tram stop to town center, just downstairs and if you wanted to go shopping, a 3 minutes walk to mall of tripla and easy to find and the train station at same location. So overall, I am very satisfied! Definitely come again!👍

Fantastic location near a big mall with all the shops you could possibly need, plus a laundromat and the train station. Breakfast was also great with lots of options and the staff were friendly.

Pillows…too soft for my liking. Also room was very basic with no tea or coffee (not even a kettle). We only stayed one night so none of this was a deal breaker.
