The magnificent castle was like a trip back in time, the facilities exceptional and the grounds just beautiful!

one improvement recommended- toilet paper and tissues were sub-standard.

it was very small details noticed that took the shine off such a fine establishment and I understand it is due to lack of staff or staff not trained properly.

Very nice hotel, peaceful with great areas for relaxing. Grounds good for short walks. Walled garden very impressive. All staff very helpful. friendly and naturally good to talk with. Restraunt excellent for breakfast and dinner.

All good perhaps the bathroom needs some upgrades. Taps , shower, shower valve.

Utterly incredible! It was my bucket list item to stay in a castle type building when in Ireland, and Lough Rynn delivered! The staff were wonderful, 5 star treatment and facilities, Anissa at reception was particularly helpful even before we arrived. Anissa also upgraded half our group to a deluxe room which was very special and lovely! Beds extremely comfortable, clean, stunning location. Great breakfast. Best accomodation in Ireland. Thank you!

That we couldn’t stay more than one night on our trip! Everything was perfect. I will come back 10/10
