Great location in town with easy parking at the hotel or down the side road.Very comfortable,the breakfast is very good and enjoyable.WE will use the hotel again next time we are passing through.

Thé location is good.
Thé room was too small for four people. There was a spade bed in the room that was not pulled out ready to use because the room was too small. The staff do not stay at the property . We were three floors up and on our own with small children and one of the members of our party felt very uncomfortable and anxious . So we decided to book another hotel. We had been travelling for many hours and our ferry had been cancelled this was a stopover. The charges were higher than on the board outside the hotel.. and when we tried to cancel we did not get a refund not even a partial refund . The rooms are okay for two people not four as advertised.

Very friendly and helpful man on reception. The room was OK for a budget hotel. No noise from outside but soundproofing not so good between rooms. Luckily our neighbours were quiet

A good location for Brittany ferries. Clean and comfortable if basic. Located by restraunts and cafe's. Parking is good at the rear of the building.
Only downside is the stairs. No lift!

the location was fab and the building beautiful, the rooms with balconies were also nice. lovely to sit with the doors open and catch the last bit of sun whilst watching the world go by.
the room was really hot and small, this was a suite, but was tiny with a double bed and double bed settee, however when pulled out it filled the whole room. no room to move really.

This is a lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. I would happily stay there again. And I would recommend it to anyone arriving to Ouistreham, especially from a tiring ferry trip.

Excellent location minutes from the ferry port and beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and room was clean and comfortable. A reasonably priced base for an overnight stay.

The staff were friendly and the location was good. Hotel room was very clean.
Not enough car parking spaces nor details about where to park. No hot water in the morning and then no water at all as works being carried out. Very noisy inside the hotel with doors slamming and floorboards creaking. No coffee or tea facilities.
