Location, staff, rooms and interior, breakfast, all is fantastic and not easy to top.. we will be back and continue our stay... this hotel is definitely a must go for our next time.. thanks for good hospitality and see you again...

This was our second stay. We travel widely and this is perhaps our favorite hotel anywhere, better than many so-called 5 star places - pleasant, small, modern, comfortable (including good softish beds), great attention to detail in the room design and amenities, and good location. Very helpful English-speaking staff. We cannot comment on breakfast since we tend to rise late and the streets opposite offer a range of alternatives. A truly excellent hotel.
Pillows OK but could be better. More explicit instructions would be good for car arrival, baggage unloading and entrance to the underground (somewhat weird but ultimately convenient) garage.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Matratze hatte genau dierichtige Härte. Ich habe sehr gut darauf gelegen und geschlafen. Sowohl das Hotel als auch das Zimmer waren sehr ruhig.
Das Bad war sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer schönen halbrunden Dusche und einem großzügig angelegten Waschbecken mit vielen Spiegeln.
Die Lage war perfekt und die Innenstadt, der Park Sanssouci waren fußläufig erreichbar.
Zum Frühstück kann ich keine Beurteilung abgeben, da ich mich außerhäusig verabredet habe.
Mir fällt beim besten Willen nichts ein, was es zu beanstanden gibt.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem schönen Hotel. Es war auch dieses Mal wieder sehr angenehm!
Tiefgarage ist etwas eng.

The room service was outstanding. The mini bar was included in the tarriff which was a very nice gesture and the breakfast was sumptuous! But we would like to make special mention of Michael (Bar Manager). Michael's gentle, albeit warm, sincere and engaging manner was a highlight for us. He provided wonderful conversation and some education about non-alcoholic cocktails which we will practice at home.
The air conditioning could have been cooler. Our room was still too warm at night.

It was an elegant, comfortable and really old style beautiful building. The breakfast terrace was so special and the position of the hotel perfect considering that Potsdam is not a tiny town.
I found the parking garage odd. Very narrow entrance and difficult parking spots. I suspect it is to facilitate more cars but I found it challenging. I also think €20 a night for a car is a bit cheeky.

Nice place in the center. The hotels garage is with
elevators and allow only 1,50 height with signs
”at your own risk” but there is a good public garage
just 300 m from the hotel.
Clean and sparkling but our room was very small in
the top floor. A bit on the expensive side even without breakfast.

the noise from cars was pretty loud during the night on first floor facing the street.
The pillows were a bit too soft for me, not really breathable fabrics on the bed.
