I didn't like the coffee from the coffee machine during breakfast. Hotel in the meantime relatively old fashioned (hotel, rooms, breakfast)

Breakfast is very good. So many things you can choose and take but its too tight. Good wellness hotel Good for dog Very close to hochgrat, imberg and waterfalls

Excellent breakfast and dinner menu. Staff helped to accomodate our requests, which was good wifi and bathroom with bathtub.

The temperature of the pools were for my taste a bit cold, esepcially for the salt-water pool. The jacuzzi wasnt functioning.

The staff is friendly and very nice, the breakfast is superb, all my requests were fullfilled. I asked for a kettle, It was given it, I asked for a better room view, It was given. The hotel is very friendly to clients, the staff always friendly and smiling and helpful. The saunas are clean and pleasant, the swimming pools are super clean. There is Ayurveda, and massages, and a Finnish sauna, and steam bath, and free tea and a quiet cavern for relaxation. And we will certainly come a third time!! 👏😄🥰👍

One night we had the dinner, but it was aweful. When I book a 4star superior property I expect a certain quality of the food, but it tasted and looked like food purchased at the discounter and microwaved. My gnocchi were dry and hard as if they have been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The breakfast buffet was big but also not what I expect at this kind of establishment. There was not a big selection of high quality food. The rooms definitely need some updating and even though there are several properties belonging together they didn't offer shuttle service to the train station or city center. And the area only has two taxis.

A classical Bavarian place with good service. Good breakfast. Good beer.

No ala carte menu in the restaurant.
