Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur. La porte avant se ferme tôt le soir. C'est comme ça, on passait par la porte arrière, on était averti et on a compris. C'était ok.

The room was comfortable. The hotel was well located for public transport to the main railway station. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Local Austrian/Italian restaurant (as recommended by the hotel) was extremely good and great value.

The bathroom was not really up to standard with a shower designed for people under 1 metre tall. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Prima locatie met de faciliteiten die we nodig hadden. Goed bereikbaar en centraal gelegen. Erg leuk dat er een spelletjes kamer was. En er was een leuke en mooie bar.

De douche in het bad was wat onhandig, tijdens het douchen werd de badkamer vloer erg nat.

Paradoxalement, le décor qui n’a pas été revu depuis l’attribution des 3 étoiles en 1989. Mérite un sérieux rafraîchissement: velours aux murs, bois non entretenu, etc Le parking payant qui est un terrain de graviers et ne mérite pas les 8 euros de coût.

Sehr leckeres und frisches Frühstück! Extrem sauberes Bad und gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt per Bus, der direkt vor dem Hotel abfährt. Die zugehörigen Parkplätze waren direkt beim Hotel .

Das Doppelbett waren zwei aneinandergeschobene Einzelbetten und die Vorhänge leider sehr lichtdurchlässig.

Perfekt wenn man für einen Städtetrip ein einfaches Zimmer haben möchte und nicht unglaublich viel zahlen möchte. Hatten ein kleines Doppelzimmer.

Too pricy for the location (40 mins by bus from Salzburg airport). Charged us for the parking £8 / night.

The location was well placed, with a bus stop right outside. This came in very handy when using the rather excellent public transportation system to get where we needed to be. The reception staff was polite, responsive and super helpful at all times. The room was reasonably sized. The rooms were decent sized, well lit and mostly clean. The beds were comfy.

The rooms were slightly dated but clean. It was quite warm when we stayed there so we had to keep the one window open. Unfortunately given the hotel is on the main road, it was fairly noisy until very late at night and very early in the morning. The rooms did not have tea/ coffees which come in handy when we return late evening and the kitchen has closed. Please do consider adding this in. The cleaning staff missed clearing away used cups, garbage and replace sheets with clean ones on most days. The used plates we kept outside the doors stayed there for over 2 days.

Raňajky boli super, absolútne postačujúce, nič mi nechýbalo. Lokalita vzhľadom na to, že sme necestovali autom bola ideálna= hotel sa nachádzal priamo na zastávke MHD.

Fabulous location with really easy bus access to station and old town. Lovely homely feel, like staying with family. Breakfast selection was delicious. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing fancy but highly recommended.

Our room was clean and check in was easy. Quick ten minute drive to the city center. Or family room was spacious for our family of five.

Parking on site was a bit tight, but we always had a spot.

I had to pay 10€ to be allowed to use their laundry machine, which I thought was a bit ridiculous when the machine was not very popular and kinda old.

The hotel s lovely, the area is beautiful and has a great athmosphere. The staff was super friendly, one the of managers even spoke hungarian!

It was a little bit far from the downtowm, but not that much and if you like to walk a bit you can do it next to a beautiful hill until the downtown.

Relatively central (but not walking distance), this hotel has a 6am-21pm reception, good rooms, good shower and comfy beds. Didn't have time to try breakfast but it looked good. Staff were very helpful and attentious.

Sink separated from the bathroom, and toilet was a bit too small. No fridge in the room, which was located in an annex building, past a vehicle ramp and a long staircase.

the staffs were really friendly, they also accommodated to my needs when I had requested them online. traveling is easy as well.

There's not even an electric kettle inside the room, something i think should be available for hotels with this price.

I think room service EVERY day is a little excessive, I found that I kind of felt I had to be out of my room in the morning to allow it to be cleaned. Instead of having a relaxed or wake up a little later, it felt pressured. To no fault of the staff, I had a nightmare evening on my last day (Friday). There were so many other occupants screaming and being very loud in the evening. Also children running up and down the corridor, also knocking on doors.It started from about 22:00 and ran through well past midnight, having a early flight the next morning made it a awful last night.

Very clean room, and the staff was friendly. We didn't book the breakfast.

Wifi did not work from 8pm. The staff cleaned our room & exchanged our towels every day, which is not necessary at all (we stayed for 4 nights). Also, I would suggest placing a kettle in the rooms, that should be included in the price.

The hotel is in a neighborhood with a grocery store, shops, a bank and a few restaurants, including a take away place just a 3 minute walk away. The hotel staff was nice and took the time to explain the public transit options, as well as sightseeing recommendations (in English). There is a public bus stop just outside the door of the hotel which takes you to the city center, and back again, every 10 minutes until quite late. Transit passes are sold at the hotel desk. The breakfast and coffee at the hotel was pricey but good, and there is a hang-out space in the main lobby area, where we enjoyed our take away pizza and played cards. The hotel staff was nice to my kids and warmed up food for them in the hotel microwave. There is ample free parking too. Truly a "home-tel!"
