Struttura comoda al centro e dotata di parcheggio . Camera non nuovissima ma con bellissimo affaccio alla montagna , non abbiamo usufruito del centro benessere . Il servizio ristorante merita 10 e lode , ottima cucina e interessante varietà di piatti. Eccezionale lo staff per professionalità gentilezza e cortesia,

Un lieu hors du temps. Imaginez un décor de roman d'Agatha Christie, avec un personnel très attentif et bienveillant, notamment le maitre d'hôtel , Adam, et les réceptionnistes avec toujours un mot gentil pour vous accueillir. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être privilégiés pendant tout notre séjour (4 nuits). Je m'attendais à voir arriver Miss Marpple à tout moment. Nous n'avons diner à l'hôtel qu'un seul soir mais ce fût un régal (il faut réserver). Le petit déjeuner est parfait et la propreté irréprochable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, tout en étant au calme, à 200 mètres du départ de la Tor des géant , de la CCC et de la TDS.

La chambre un peu sombre

Buona la colazione e ottima la cena, molto ospitali Adam e Natale dello staff (gli unici ospitali dell'Hotel) Apprezzato il tentativo di correggere il tiro dell'inospitalità con il regalo del massaggio, ma non sufficiente rispetto a tutte le pecche riscontrate. Posizione molto tranquilla.

Camera matrimoniale superior: sembra una matrimoniale economica (minuscola!) Suite: sembra una tripla, forse una junior suite (2 bagni entrambi con doccua totalmente inutili) Non funzionava televisione decoder in suite, hanno semplicemente suggerito di guardarla nel salottino (pazzesco!) Insofferenti alla presenza del mio bimbo di 1 anno (siamo stati persino ripresi per aver postato dei bicchieri posizionati su tavolini ad altezza bambino, con la seguente affermazione: "ci sono anche altri ospiti in hotel"; la sala era vuota ............................) Assenza di servizio bagagli: abbiamo dovuto trasportare noi le valige, con il mero aiuto di una ragazza in reception.

The hotel is well organized for spa time. Breakfast is with many varieties. Location is quite convenient, and with 5 minutes walk you will reach easily downtown.

This is a charming hotel in the middle of the town. Great views and very close to the center

The room was beautiful with a nice terrace but the only bad point is that our bed was not super comfortable but it was good overall

The view to the mountains covered in snow was breathtaking. Breakfast very good. The SPA was a good choice for a cold day.

You could only stay for one hour in the SPA (which is not mentioned during the booking request). - hour passes by so fast.

A very cosy hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Perfect for skiing as the hotel laid on a bus to ferry us back and forth to the ski lift. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there.
