Everything was excellent from the Staff to the cleanliness, breakfast, rooms. Loved this Hotel.

Breakfast was excellent; Room was very good (a bit noisy due to the vicinity and the period of the year), View is fantastic. Service and on top of that, the attitude of the young staff has been highly appreciated: polite, friendly "mood" without falling into dangerous confidence with the customer. Top roof restaurant deserves a Michelin star definitely.

Frankly speaking the hotel and the whole staff were doing a brilliant job with a lot of passion. Only small drawback: the rudeness of some guests...

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Staff like Luca, Alessandro and the rest of the team. Breakfast was ample. Wifi and connectivity were very good.

Price was certainly not cheap. Room could have been a little bigger for the price but room had everything you needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was a good base not only to explore Rapallo, but also it was very easy to catch trains to Portofino and the villages of the Cinque Terre. The hotel has parking space directly outside (limited spaces) and also a covered parking area (not sure if there is an additional cost). The hotel has very good facilities, a large outdoor pool and also nice spa with a small pool and good sized sauna and steam rooms and plenty of relaxation spaces. The room of the hotel was nicely fitted and decorated, if a little small. The breakfast was really fantastic with great choice for any needs, the creamy fondant potatoes were amazing!!!! The staff at the breakfast were also very well trained, friendly and would do anything for you. The view from the breakfast area was also very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a little out of the way. But its a short walk to Rapallo center (approx. 15 mins walk) and enjoyable to walk along the coastline.

Really nice hotel, good location, amazing Copolo restaurant on the top of hotel, amazing food, super friendly staff, good spa, recommended for everyone. Definitely will stay again.
