Outside pool is closed while 25 outside. Guys not only Spanish coming to your hotel I paid money for hotel with working pool

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Paid for two people but made a mistake when filling in questonaire so our arrival info said 1 guest. Once arrived they wanted to charge us extra for my friend because of it even though they could see we paid a full price ??!! FIY I even showed receptionist that on this site single or double occupancy of twin room costs exactly the same.. nothing worked and what's worse they weren't even trying to listen. We felt scammed. Details: Booking.com app allows to book and pay only per room, not per person. I.e. price for 1 guest or 2 guests in a twin room is exactly the same. I booked and paid for a twin room for me and my friend, but when filling out the questions I made a mistake to change it from 1 to 2 guests. When we arrived at the hotel the reception staff was rude and said I only paid for 1 guest. They were completely clueless about their own booking system. I tried to explain that it's impossible because booking.com doesn't allow you to pay for 1 person. But they didn't even listen! Actual quote of their response: "it's not my problem you booked through some site and now have problems''.

The kids club staff were fantastic, my 5 year old son was kept entertained.

Where do I start with this god awful hotel. It is Faulty Towers on acid! From the very beginning, our welcome to the hotel was frosty to say the least! I got the initial suspicion that they did not want English guests here because having watched how the receptionist Rosa was with the previous guests checking in who were Spanish, he face turned to a scowl the minute she heard us talking English. She gave us very little information at all and when I asked about the kids club, she actually gave me the wrong information and said it started at 11am, when it actually started at 10. On the way up to the room, I was shocked at how old and dated the hotel was. Then when we got into the room it was even worse. The door was left completely open, there was not kettle or even a bottle or water and glasses and the fridge was about thirty years old. The air conditioning was also like something from the 90s and made a really loud noise. As we wanted to have a siesta we turned on the fan instead, the fan looked like it was about to fall off the ceiling! That evening I asked for a kettle and an iron, which reception sent up to the room. We tried to make a tea before going to bed and after a few seconds of boiling the kettle, all the electrics blew in our room and outside in the hall way. They sent up the caretaker, who flicked a switch on the switchboard and advised us not to use the kettle. Then the next morning we returned from breakfast to the iron being taken from our room. When I called to reception, I was rudely told by Rosa 'you cannot just keep the iron'! The second night, the electric blew again while we were sleeping and we had to throw out 50 euros worth of food. You would think they would have moved us but no, I was told rudely by Rosa ' well we have fixed the problem and you have a kettle which should only come with a superior room ( we were not given a replacement kettle). The third evening, the blew again! I asked for compensation and was completely...

Nice room , nice and comfy beds. As usual 🙂

There is no kettle . Would be helpful for whoever wakes up early to be able to have a coffee... An iron and ironing board would be great in the room.

Brilliant Hotel vey helpful

Staff were helpful and friendly, the location of the hotel was great, the room was spotless, breakfast was varied and copious.

Dinner was disappointing, but breakfast was great!

Entrance Door is hard to find, mostly familias for vacation and safe but it is huge and only one recepciónist for one thousand rooms... and magic show was SO loud entire building was shaking at night. That was not cool I had to leave at night and return

The room was very comfortable and clean...nice big bathroom and tub. The pool was great and I had no problem finding a spot to lounge. There was easy access to the beach as well from the hotel. I'd definitely go back to stay there.

The elevators didn't seem to go up from the 4th floor. I had to go up the stairs to my room on the 6th floor, which I didn't mind, but someone with bad knees might mind that.

Hotel states pet friendly but they are only allowed in rooms no other public places. A pet friendly hotel usually has an area where pet owners can dine & relax. We had to put our pooch in the car. Also superior room has fantastic sea view but also toilet in room with only flimsy partition.
