Spacious room, amazing view, clean, good location

The staff could have been cooperative, there were lot of stairs to get to the hotel. There needs to be someone all the time with the luggage. Common swimming pool, it was noisy from early morning as children were swimming from early morning (8:30 am). Rooms were old (the shower)

The property was stunning. The pool was beautiful and overlooked the ocean. There was no constant foot traffic in front so it was really nice and quiet. The pool was cold which was a great break when you felt like you were going to overheat. The kids loves the private hotub. It was perfect. Not hot, just warm which was all you needed. Housekeeping was great. All the staff were so helpful and attentive. Claudia, George and the gentlemen who carried all our bags up and down the stairs for all 5 stars!

The only downside to this hotel was the stairs that it took to reach the hotel. It wouldn’t be great for you her children or anyone with mobility issues.

View, pool area, sunbeds are beyond perfect! Really breathtaking and worth seeing it. Location is great, walking distance to Fira on a nice cliff road with superb scenery. Friendly and helpful staff.

Additional hangers for wet clothes would be great!

The hot tub can be a lil warmer

We had an amazing time at this hotel. All staff (receptionist, porter..) were extremely polite and helpful, also offered a complimentary drink and a lot of useful advice. We enjoyed the whirpool bathtub every evening and it was the best ending of a day spent by walking in windy Santorini. The view was magnificent, the pool area beautiful and relaxing. Everything cleaned daily. Also the location was perfect - central but not on the main pathwalk, so we had privacy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and provided information on the area and some has answers to all our questions on local restaurants / tours etc.

The outdoor pool was a little cold, it was October and we had an outdoor hot-tub which the kids spent alot of time in, so I am being especially picky here!

The view and the hot tub, the room Raphael was the most secluded and no one had to walk past us to get to their room. Staff were excellent and attentive.

Hot tub could have been warmer. All the other rooms you had to walk past to get to other rooms so not all that private- no way around this though as it is positioned on a slope- just to be aware! Pool was nice but cold!

Very clean room, a private jacuzzi, and a spacious bathtub in a cave. Nice view from the apartment.

Bringing heavy luggage including a baby stroller is not easy to reach the apartment due to a few long steps. When we leave, we could request some help, though. The room was good, but the room allocated to us was different from what we had seen on the booking. Might be better to double-check.

many many stairs. small swimming pool. breakfast is not included and should be ordered from outside service the night before. marketing page on booking.com is misleading with more than 100 first photos of modern design rooms, compared to the few last photos of the old unit for families. they didn't cancel the reservation although only one hour passed.

It was very clean, people there are cleaning all the time, our hot tub was really hot which helped us enjoy it despite the wind! It is a unique property, there is no other property similar to Agnadema in the neighbourhood! The plants, the pool, the design, the vibes!!! Was a remarkable stay! Thank you guys miss you already😍

Location is perfect, close walk to Thira, 2mins to bus stop and not too many stairs to get to the room. Upon arrival we were greeted by Claudia. She was warm, pleasant and most helpful. Our room was spectacular. Splendid views with a hot tub. We had plans to go out for dinner and enjoy the sunset but the room and views were so incredible, we opted to stay in instead. SO GLAD WE DID!!!!! We had a midnight flight the following day and they allowed us to use the pool, and provided us with a towel even after we'd checked out. We cannot express our gratitude enough. It's these small acts of kindness that really make the difference and create an unforgettable experience. Thank you Agnadema for your warm hospitality. You really went above and beyond. Thanks to you, our stay in Santorini was MAGICAL.

Great apartment with extraordinary view. Super nice staff. They gave us useful tips, helped us with the luggage and even organized a glutenfree breakfast. The location was perfect, near Fira but 10 minutes away from the crowd. Be prepared for that you will stay all day at the pool and enjoy the exceptional Santorini view :)
