Sporchissimo, mancanza di kit per bagno in bagno che per un hotel 4 stelle è il minimo. Non vale 4 stelle .

It was very clean. The food was excellent. Gave us a take-away breakfast one morning when we had to leave early, which was a nice surprise.

We checked in on Monday, May 6. Upon check-in I requested a cab at 6:30am the next morning for 6 people. The young woman at reception made a note of it and said that the night shift would take care of it. She asked what time we wanted to eat breakfast. I told her that we would be leaving for a day excursion too early for breakfast on Tuesday but would like 8am breakfast on Wednesday (our check-out day). She was very nice and ordered us take-away breakfasts for the next day (Tuesday) and set us up for 8am breakfast on Wednesday. The next morning we went downstairs about 6:15 to find out that there was no cab nor was one coming. When I inquired of the young man at the desk, he acted like he didn’t know anything about it. He was somewhat rude and told me I should have ordered one the night before. I told him that I had done that. He did try several cab companies but none had cabbies on duty. We had to walk to the ferry station and luckily just made our ferry. The reason I ordered a cab in the first place was because one of our friends had recently had knee replacement surgery and another will be having hip replacement surgery when we get home. Wednesday morning we went down to breakfast at 8am only to be told that our time was at 9:30am. I understand that a large group had arrived and our time had to be changed BUT we had not been informed of this until we showed up at 8. Because our time to check out was delayed, we had to make some other arrangements for the morning

Excellent waterfront location, lovely staff and gorgeous food!

Only the toilet flush which didn’t work properly and the bathroom was a little small

Lovely bedroom, small but so comfortable. Amazing food (breakfast and dinner). Superb staff.

Nothing

Breakfast was severed with eggs that did not look normal and water dripping onto the plate. These were to be scrambled. Both myself and wife sent the eggs back to the kitchen, uneaten. Otherwise pleasant receptionist.

See above. Food needs beteer attention .

The receptionist was just lovely, organised a lovely table for dinner & a very nice room. And the room staff were amazing, help out with some extra needs. Thank you to all
