Excellent location by the sea, with lovely views and a large seawater pool with a children’s area.

Seemed expensive for a basic hotel. No loungers available, just chairs. Staff average. Breakfast was average but charged as though it had a Michelin star, without any notice of price. Would advise eating elsewhere - several nice places nearby.

Superb location. Bedroom clean.

Not enough heating in bedroom. Bedroom radiator was cold, despite cold weather. Decor poorly maintained in places - hole in interior bathroom door; shower fixing loose; stain on carpet. Mattress on bed too hard. Coffee machine produced watery, tasteless cappuccino at breakfast, but staff were unavailable. Expensive.

We especially liked the location overlooking the estuary and its proximity to the main town centre of Vannes. The swimming was safe and close by. The water was clean. The breakfast was very good. The main hotel reception staff were very attentive and pleasant.

We had a bad experience on our last night. We booked dinner in the brasserie., because we had such a good meal there the night before. When we attended the brasserie, the staff at the desk could not see our booking and spent some time talking to the front desk of the hotel (where we booked it). When they came back they said we had booked the main restaurant. However, they reluctantly, I felt, sat us in the back part of the brasserie, on our own. We were ignored for a significantly long period, and saw other diners being served before us What I found was particularly poor was whilst we were waiting to hear about our booking another couple arrived, who said they did not have a booking to the desk but they were shown to a table in the main part at a vacant table. Other tables in the main part were seen to be empty whilst we were there. Whilst the meal was very good when it finally arrived, (no complaints there), the whole experience left a bad taste in the mouth.

The view from the Hotel Balcony was superb. I would definately recommend the Hotel.

The perfect setting for a hotel. Right by the beach and bay. Only a short five minute drive to beautiful Vannes, such an amazing historical and cultural town.

Would need air conditioning in the rooms.

Hotel was in a lovely position giving good views from the dining room. Our bedroom was at the back so view was Ok . Food was excellent & reception staff helpful in advising where to visit.

Had to wait a long time for a drink before dinner which could have been solved by allowing guests to collect their drinks from the bar.
