Location , view, bathroom, comfortable bed, the receptionist was nice, helpful and funny

The elevator was not functioning for some period of a day. The receptionist did not bother explaining us about the breakfast at the check in, nor she found time to explain that the elevator was not working when we returned to the hotel as we were standing there pressing the button several times.

Location was excellent. We could look out from balcony and see the main square. Room was a generous size for European hotels. We were able to leave our luggage until our train in the afternoon. Good bed and pillows.

I liked everything

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel because I was taking a morning yoga class in town.

We booked this hotel for two nights but stayed one extra night because we liked Marseille so much. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore all parts of the city. The room was nice and comfortable with a great view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked everything but would have been nice (and fresh) with a small sink where the toilet was. Shower and sink was in a different room. Also a small fridge in the room would have been great.

Central location, friendly staff

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was pretty big. Beds were comfy. Most necessities were pretty much available. Shower and toilet were separated too so much better. Very good location, very central.

Breakfast was too pricey for the options provided in the buffet. No kettle or iron in room

Location was excellent. Proximity to all of down town Marseilles and Old town areas was great. Room was very clean and a good size. Quiet despite being in the midst of the port.

It would have been good to have a fridge.

There was no electrical outlet by the bed. It was very inconvenient.

Stayed here for 3 nights location was superb staff very friendly and helpful room was clean and comfortable,breakfast was delicious would definitely be back. Marseille is a beautiful city.

Hotel at the old port. It is close to tourist activities and museums. Good restaurants nearby.

Getting into shower was a little tricky, It could be difficult for an elderly person.

Somehow the heating on my room turned on some hours after I needed it.

The location is as good as it gets in the centre of town down at the old harbour. The buffet breakfast is surprisingly good for being in France. The staff was nice and accommodating.

No electricity outlets next to the bed.

The location was excellent. Close to restaurants and the port. Enjoyed the tour train. The breakfast was well supplied with a variety of options.

We found the room facilities lacking, The paper cups were flimsy and glass or plastic cups would have been better. The facility had no access to ice. This is very odd. The first night we arrived, the front desk person did go next door and get us a cup of ice. We ended up having to buy small bags of ice and keeping it in one of the wastebaskets for the rest of our stay. Besides a round ottoman, there was no place to sit other than on the beds. We were out all day but when we got back to our room late afternoon, our room hadn't been cleaned. The maid stopped by and we asked if she could come back in an hour since we were ready to go out again. The language barrier was a problem so the best we could do was have her take our trash and leave us fresh towels. As a hotel in the middle of tourism, we thought the individuals at the front desk would have a better command of English to assist with minor questions.
