The hotel was basic but comfortable and clean. The staff were fantastic - I left something behind and they called me the next day to tell me and kept it aside for when I returned. Very pleased.

Everything was fine. It was quite a distance from touristy events, etc. but we knew that when we booked and this was reflected in the price.

We arrived at the hotel quite late as our car journey got delayed by the boat. On arrival, we were charged for the room but the price was much higher than the one I had booked it for. At the time I just needed to sleep and as the staff didn't speak much English I just paid for it, a few days after I contacted the hotel, and today (a month over) still no reply. The room was really small, we had 3 beds as we were 2 people with a toddler, and could hardly move inside the room.

Very cheap! Clean Great for a one night stop over Coffee / tea / water in the rooms Good location if you just want to get back on the road

Small rooms, but we didn’t mind for just one night & for the price. A 15 minute walk to get to the tram into Nantes. Driving into Nantes is much easier if you want to explore.

Location was good for the stage show

Room was under the sloping roof. Quite hot

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was very good too. Being able to make a hot beverage was also a plus. The buffet breakfast was excellent

There was very little space to move around in the room. There was an unnecessary luggage holder and type of pouf which took up too much floor area

Very clean great location

Really nice and helpful employees. Easy to park.
