The pillows could be better, more comfortable

The location and staff service. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean and tidy, however, the bathroom showed it age. The shower head did not work as a spray but as a tap due to old age. Basin taps had to be closed tight to prevent drying.

The hotel is very old and outdated. Definitely not 4*. Rooms are smelly, our bed sheets were smelling like cigarette smoke and we didn’t even have towels in the room (we were 2 people). We could hear every noise from our neighbours next door even when talking on the phone. Also, when we asked the person at the reception to make another access card for the room (we received 1 only), it seemed like we bothered the person and we had to insist for that person to do its job. We wanted to pay the night before our departure as we were leaving early in the morning, we got the same attitude and they told us that is not possible and to do it the next day.

Wifi was horrible in the room. Not significantly better in lobby

Big and clean room, personnel was very nice and helpful knowing the situation, and the situation is good.
