Zimmer war größer als erwartet und alles nötige war vor Ort (WLAN Passwort, Handtücher, Seife, Föhn, etc.) Sauber war es allemal und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Persönliches Feature: das Zimmer war in der Nähe eines Brunnen und das plätschern vom Wasser war sehr angenehm zum einschlafen.

Noi siamo andati a visitare Colmar e Strasburgo per i mercatini di Natale.
Abbiamo scelto questo hotel in quanto si trova geograficamente jn mezzo alle due località (40 minuti di auto da entrambe).
Non nascondo che, inizialmente, la scelta sia stata dettata sopratutto dal prezzo; sia a Colmar che Strasburgo, in questo periodo, gli hotel sono inavvicinabili a causa del costo decisamente più alto del solito.
Una volta nell'hotel, ce ne siamo innamorati.
La nostra stanza era davvero bella:
- molto molto grande con una zona giorno e una notte
- un bagno molto grande con un bella doccia
- tutto in legno
-tapparelle elettriche
- la colazione (a pagamento 12€ a testa) non molto variegata ma c'era la possibilità di servirsi illimitatamente e i prodotti erano molto buoni
- pulizia buona

We accidentally closed the door behind us with the key inside the room. It was 6:30pm on a Saturday night and were not able to reach any of the hotel staff for the rest of the night so that we were forced to book into another hotel after no one answered to our messages or calls by 11:30 pm.
Until today, we haven’t received an answer from the hotel on our messages via booking or answering machine.
Unfortunately I am not able to comment in detail on the room but not sure this place should be classified as hotel if there is no one to be reached between a Saturday late afternoon and Sunday morning.

all the streets in town were shut for construction so it was difficult to get to the free hotel parking not knowing the town

Breakfast was OK
We have arrived late and all the heating was closed and room was very cold. We waited for the next day, leaving the heating on but they have entered the room and closed the heating again so we couldnt take shower.

Good hotel in city center (very small city). Amazing staff and good breakfast. The room was large and windowed bathroom is a plus! Thank you for the reservation at the local resturant!

A few minutes away from the motorway A5, quiet location, parking at the hotel, good internet, excellent value for money.
Rooms are functional, not very well isolated, so night owls can be disturbing.

Clean, good parking facilities. Efficient and friendly staff.
Lighting in room too bright, no bedside table or lamps, only ceiling lights. Bad isolation, could even hear the neighbour snoring! No tea/coffee making services in the room.

The hosts are friendly, helpful, professional and have a great knowledge of the local area and were happy to recommend somewhere for supper (we had delicious suppers at both the Thai and German restaurants just down the road), our room was really spacious and airy and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet of fruits, cereal, cheeses and cold meats. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Many thanks!

We had a very poorly located room. We heard the very noisy road, you could hardly sleep in the room! The door didn't seal, the walls seemed to be made of paper. We heard every word that someone said across the hall. We didn't get enough sleep for one night. Wifi absolutely not working. Terrible experience!
