It is a fabulous place to stay. You can enjoy the great view right from your balcony. I would definitely recommend others to have a look if you want to enjoy a lovely couple of days in the stubai valley.

- quiet, picturesque place - horse farm under the windows, cute - warm room - fully equipped kitchen with oven - balcony with a view - bath! - everything was clean and everything was functioning - quickly respond to requests - the possibility of breakfast, but we did not take it

Location was perfect for us - lovely walks in the area. Breakfast was very good - fresh fruit was very welcome, a range of yogurts, the choice of scrambled or boiled eggs, delicious fresh rolls, meats, cheeses, pastries... all in all a treat. The room was spacious and had everything we needed - self catering kitchen facilities, dining room table and a beautiful view. Plus being on a small farm was a bonus.

The shower was good but only if you're 172cm tall or shorter. My husband is 192cm tall.

Clean, tidy apartment. All the facilities and lovely place and host.

Amazing location with wonderful views from the balcony. The Stubai super card added icing to the cake. Our host was extremely nice to us. He is an amazing host. Amenities exceeded our expectations. Would come here over and over again.
