This is a rare gem. Outstanding in every respect. Remote and therefore quiet and near great hiking and biking. Exceptional SPA and restaurant. Rental bikes and helpful staff. The next visit will be our third.

the location is very far from Tourist places. because I wanted to visit different tourist places in Austria. There is no center and shop in the village . value of money .

Very welcoming staff. Opa and Oma were excellent hosts. Spa facilities were great. Restaurant menu and Food were excellent. Hiking and biking opportunities plentiful.

I love the room and the balcony and the amazing view. The staff were very kind and made sure my stay would be as comfortable as possible. I was actually working from there on the Friday - and the staff (woman with tied to pony tail blond hair) showed me where i can plug in my laptop and asked me if I wanted coffee and refill even after breakfast time - i think she could tell i was very stressed.. She was very kind! The spa and sauna was fantastic - the hours were reduced due to covid - but for me it was the perfect timing to go after work and relax there for 2-3 hours. It was absolutely perfect!!

The Wifi could have been better - this is because i was working from there and my virtual connects were not connecting properly. Also the second day the wifi was not working entirely - which meant i was not able to pay for the property and I had to do a bank transfer after. Normally i would not mind - but because i have UK bank account - I was charged extra for the currency exchange rate from GBP to Euro.

We had very short, but very pleasant stay. The staff of the hotel is amazing. Big thanks to them! Very clean and tidy facilities and rooms. Comfortable beds. Big and good breakfast. Didn’t have opportunity to enjoy spa or their restaurant, but we are planing to come back! Very nice location.
