The staff were very good and polite. I like the location, the view and the price.

The room was super dusty but it's dusty everywhere in this town.

The hotel stuff was really nice, especially Yessie from reception. We were sick and we helped us with everything - he even went with us to the pharmacy and translated and explained everything. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and balcony! We ordered breakfast and after our request Yessie delivered it to our room, which was amazing!

The shower curtain was missing, so when you take the shower, water is everywhere. But you had an extra towel to clean the floor.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. TV, air conditioning, WiFi didn’t work. The shower was too hot. There was a cockroach in it this morning. The room was not cleaned, bins not emptied, toilet paper not replaced in the three days I was there. The staff tried to be charming but couldn’t even order me a taxi to get to the airport. The place is completely run down and needs a make-over.

Convenient location on main road not far from bus stations, a carrefour supermarket and various cafes and restaurants nearby. Good value . Nice room with a big bed and large seprate bathroom. The room also had a TV, fridge, tea making and kettle, balcony and aircon. Wifi okay. Cafe/ restaurant attached to hotel provided a good value breakfast and snack meals.

Like everything. TV didn't work in one room we stayed in but it didn't matter as we didn't have much time to watch TV.

really great place, just a little bit over it’s prime but still a beauty!! just the distance away for the walk you need to digest the food and really close to supratours station. Best is the staff, helpfull with everything, they even got me a little fridge in the room!!

Nice hotel in the centre of Ouarzazate, everything is close, bus station, shops etc. Great breakfast and very nice staff. Room was big and clean. Would stay again.

Great location, desk staff very nice, beautiful architecture. Room had a balcony and the first we’d found with two actual double beds (not just a double and single). Across from a military compound with a gate guard so I didn’t worry about my car’s welfare parked out front. Across from Carrefour grocery so we had access to food even during Ramadan. We were on the way back to Marrakech and I’m glad we stopped as the pickings are even more slim afterwards into the mountains.

This place was probably a grande dame hotel 50 years ago. It’s got beautiful architecture but sadly needs a good cleaning and some serious replacement of the linens. The bedcovers and embroidered towels had holes in them, and the pillowcases were torn. Bathroom and carpets needed a good scrubbing. Couldn’t find the climate control remote so we had to leave the patio door open for a breeze. Restaurant seems to have been closed for a while. It was wild how you could see the expensive elements of a premiere hotel that sadly hasn’t been kept up with.
