The building is new and the rooms are clean, nice and modern. The neighbourhood is also appealing, even though it is pretty far from the centre or the nicest parts of the El Cable area.

The receptionist and the sales team should have better communication. I had paid in advance, but when I showed up with my family, the receptionist wanted me to pay again. I was so embarrassed. I told her I had received a confirmation email and the money had been debited off my account. She then asked me to show her the email, AS IF I WALKED AROUND WITH A COMPUTER! I told her we were tired and we wanted to go to sleep but she wouldn't let us in until I showed her confirmation of payment! They are supposed to know this stuff, since the confirmation email came from their sales team, but sales doesn't speak with the receptionist staff, which speaks volumes of their lack of internal communication. I'm not staying in this hotel again. Very unprofessional.

The location was nice, safe and convenient. it was close to the cable tower and big shopping mall. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

As a visitor, we were confused that the hotel was not located close to the cable station while it’s name had “cable” in it. The area was called CABLE as there was an old cable station in the area. it was 10 min taxi ride after we got off the cable station.
