The house was amazing, clean and location great! The host was easy to reach and replied within minutes! Only thing I didn’t like and has nothing to do with the rental, is there is no recycling there. Would def go back to this home! Thank you for the great holiday!

We enjoyed our short trip to Disney. This is ideal for families. The decor is perfect. We have teenagers but they still enjoyed the decor and we loved having our own space unlike in a hotel room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Storytime townhome in Windsor Hills Resort. Everything was just as described in the VRBO listing. The owners provided an abundance of information before we arrived - everything we needed to know. We made all of our meals here during our stay and found the kitchen well stocked with pots, dishes, cutlery, nice knives, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bedrooms were comfortable. Nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is so nicely decorated with so many thoughtful touches. The backyard pool was fantastic and clean. The waterslides and community pool were just a short walk away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making this beautiful home available as a vacation home - it truly is wonderful.

Clean and comfortable

Very clean and the Disney theme was great for the grandchildren. Close proximity to the local Theme Park attractions. The resort as a whole was great including the short walks to the pool/waterpark and the playgrounds. The owners were extremely gracious and helpful. We would recommend this home for families with small children.

The check in process was very smooth and efficient. The resort was beautiful, clean, well-maintained and provided a sense of comfort and security with the gated entrance/exit. The property itself was clean, organized and had a great set-up with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you’d need and the pool was heated as requested and was so much fun! The owners provided the initial essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The location of the property is perfect walking distance from the clubhouse. The resort was also very close to all the theme parks as well as a Walmart and Starbucks right down the road. The owners provided great instructions and details for the start and responded quickly to messages. Overall this was a great place to stay for our young family and we would definitely stay here again!

If you are traveling to Disney with toddlers… look no further. This is the perfect place to stay for a family! Our kids were so excited about the Disney decor and the place truly had everything we needed! We loved the private pool. The community itself was wonderful- very short walk to the community pool and game room. Excellent playgrounds for kids. The host was kind and responsive. We will definitely plan to return in the future! Highly recommend!!!

Enjoyed our time at the Storytime resort, very close to the parks and to Walmart. The kids enjoyed the pool / water area and the playground. Location is great, very close to the pool. Lots of parking in the area. Kitchen had everything that was needed.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 4! The owner was very responsive and the property was very clean and well taken care of It was very close to all of the Disney Parks and I was really excited that it was so close to the club house so we were able to walk to the community pool for swimming.

House was exactly as described, appreciated the easy check in after travelling a long distance. Right by the water park which was nice with younger kids. Would stay here again!

The home was clean and comfortable. The resort amenities were great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and our kiddo enjoyed the pool and slides. This unit was very close to the pool which was very convenient. We also used the private pool. It is very close to Disney resorts 15 min with traffic and about 30 to Universal. We flew from from Texas and stayed 8 nites. There was 1 partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and 2 trash bags so we did have to buy extra of those and there were no little extras like aluminum foil or plastic baggies or an extra roll of paper towels. All these things I bought and left. It would be nice if there was some of these items not cleaned out by the housekeeping for guests. I mention this in case you have grown to expect some of these things like I have in the places you stay. I would absolutely stay here again. The owners were great about explaining the check in process to get into the community and other important information.

This was an excellent place for our family to stay. The house was perfect for us so each one had their own room and bath, the little pool was great for our wind downs after we got back each evening, the clubhouse and pool area (with a DJ on Sat!) had a great resort vibe, the decor was spot on for our Disney adventures, it was furnished extremely well with everything we needed for cooking and resting, and was close to all of our destinations. The Walmart up the street was especially convenient! I highly recommend for anyone that wants to have a home away from home for their vacation!

The property is perfectly located for Disney World and trips to beaches. The property had everything we needed and just the right size. The pool (heated) was perfect for our kids and the clubhouse pool was great too. The unit was a short walk to the clubhouse. Highly recommended!

We primarily were there to go to Disney/Universal. Great place very close to Disney! I wish we would have built in a day to just use the facilities on premises, they looked fantastic!

The property and facilities were amazing! The house was decorated beautifully and the private pool in the backyard was refreshing! My Granddaughters loved the resort so much they couldn't wait to leave Disney to get back and swim. They loved the waterpark and slides at the resort and for us adults the hottub was best for us to soothe the sore aching muscles and joints from walking Disney. Elias was a pleasure to deal with and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We will definitely be booking this house again for a future visit. This is the place to stay! We truly enjoyed our visit at the end of August. The condo was very close to Disney, making mid-day breaks easy! We had two minor issues that were fixed by the owner very quickly - the internet was not working, and a smoke alarm battery was chirping. I was impressed with the owner’s response. The condo unit was nicely located within the complex - a quick walk to the main pool, and the private pool felt very private as it was facing no other open areas. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to fix breakfast and other food daily. The large pantry made it easy for us to store the grocery items we’d purchased. We would definitely stay again!

This property was nice and close to the parks and stores so getting around was easy. It was in a convenient location to the water park and market on site. Very clean and nice overall.

We had a great stay at the property. My father in-law did step on glass and cut his foot by our pool but other than that the property was clean and had everything we needed.

Arrived late at night but gates are attended all night so it was an easy process to get in. Condo is advertised, it was close to Disney for us and other activities we did. It was a great stay

I took two 18 y/o girls to Orlando for their senior trip. This location has a small waterpark with water about 3 ft. The club house has activities and movies as well. This property is convenient to the clubhouse which was nice. The girls went shopping and this location is close to many souvenir stores, Starbucks, Dunkin’, McDonald’s and not far from Premier outlets. We went to universal two full days. This location is closer to Disney but only short drive to sea world and universal. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The washer and driver were a big plus as we had come from a beach location. The pool at the condo was great. It was deep enough for an adult to enjoy and if you have kids there were safety features.

This was the perfect location for our family during our Disney trip. We will certainly be back.

Everything the listing states and more…we loved our stay! The property owners were very attentive and helpful. It was very relaxing. The kids enjoyed the pool that we had right out back. Beds were comfortable and house was very well maintained and clean. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. Not to mention, Windsor hills has an itinerary of things to do throughout your stay- movies,tattoos for kids, dj at the pool etc.

Property was just perfect for our family's needs. Grandma, Grandpa, Daughter, Son in-law, Grandson (4) and Granddaughter (3). Very clean, private pool was fantastic after long days, resort amenities were first class, especially with water park area for grandkids. Hosts were very assessable and quick to respond to some questions I had. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone. If in the area again would definitely stay here again. Great location for going to theme parks.

Pros: The rental was located very close to the community pool but not on a busy street, which we appreciated. The pool at the rental was the perfect size for the kids to play in when the adults didn't want to go get in the community one with them. The house was very clean and comfortable with a great amount of space for our group. While we did not necessarily need them, the fence by the pool and child lock on the sliding doors were nice. Walmart was just up the street while pleanty of other grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, dollar stores and tourist shops were just a short drive away. The highway was very easy to jump on to get to Disney without having to go through any tolls. Cons: the front gate to the community was not very well organized and never seemed to be the same process to get in, a few lights were burnt out around the rental, the bottom dresser drawer was broken on the first floor bedroom as well as the headbord was not securely attached, the drain stopper in the sink in the kids (Mickey Mouse) bedroom was stuck down and the had a slight drip. One out of the two dead bolts on the front door did not latch and there was a gap of daylight showing through when the door was closed. Overall, we really enjoyed this rental property and would recommend it to friends and family!

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean and everything was in good order. It was also close to Disney, which made our commute easy. The pool was great at the end of a long day and the owners were great to deal with. I wouldn’t have changed a thing and would recommend this to anyone planning a Disney vacation!
