The location is amazing. The hotel is lovely. The room was spacious. The breakfast was nice. The main building is beautiful. The staff were helpful.

The room's key was missing. The housekeeping sprayed bug spray into the room before we arrived. There were dead bugs everywhere. We had asked for the room to be made up. It was forgotten. We came to an unmade room. Luckily the lady at the front desk helped us.

Very nice property. Excellent set up and facilities. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. Overall a relaxing and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was outside of the main town but there were cafes and a mini market in close walking distance. Would return.

The only issues to comment on were the hot water which took a while to reach temperature and the wifi which sometimes cut out.

A very charming antique former mansion. The exterior and surroundings are beautiful, pleasant, and tidy, but the interior requires serious renovation. Extremely friendly staff, take care of all wishes. The excellent breakfast in the very nice dining room or in the garden is to be commended. The location is good and only a few steps from the beach, shaded by pine trees. A very busy road that must be crossed requires a lot of attention. The fresh wind brings a pleasant smell of the sea and pine trees, which is something special. The rooms were cleaned every day. Suitable for a short stay.

The photos on the Booking site do not show the actual condition of the rooms. The rooms are actually in a much worse condition than in the photos. Renovation is urgently needed. No lift. The stairs are very steep and unsuitable for transporting luggage or for elderly people.

Breakfast was very nice. Bed was okay. Teapot was nice to have. AC was good. Grounds were lovely.

I didn't know there was a bar until I was leaving. was never offered wine. Pool was closed. Bathroom on second floor was less convenient. Parking was less convenient.

Breakfast was perfect. The room was big and quiet. They cleaned the room during our stay. They let us spend time in the hotel after the checkout until our ferry's departure time.

Internet connection at the room was really bad and was not stable. The distance to the center requires taking a taxi or bus or you should rent a car.

I didn't get what was offered on reservation. Room features a balcony, yes, but you do share this very balcony with your 3 other neighbour rooms. Room doesn't feature a hairdryer on the contrary to indicated on booking page. And you gotta go to the main building to look for it because the telephone in the room doesn't work to call the reception. Swimming pool wasn't operating on May 20. I could say it's a nice hotel overall but with these circumstances, comparing the price with other hotels in Lesvos, it's not value for money.

staff were amazing and i would return for that reason alone. Telly ? not sure if that his correct name - was amazing - he could work at a 5 star hotel- his attention to detail and service , was just a joy. catherine also at reception was lovely,

i was disappointed that the pool was not open and breakfast was disappointing, very little fruit and cold- but most of the buffet style breakfasts are like that it seems

The quirky room with the ancient oven and chimney which ran through the room. The bed being above the oven. Breakfast was superb

We thought the dinner although nice was slightly over expensive, with limited choice.

We were able to get a room earlier than 2 in the afternoon. Our arrival time was early in the morning and we could get a room within a couple of hours. This was great. The main building is so beautiful and the location is perfect if you are using airplane.

When we arrived the receiption was closed. The ladies that were working in the hotel invited us to take a coffee while we were waiting for the receptionist to arrive. We did and we tried the cheesecake that seemed spoilted. Also, the receptionist asked us to pay 16 euros for extra breakfast without asking if we really had breakfast or just coffee and a snack. To her credit she agreed not to pay for breakfast since the next morning we were going to leave early and would miss the breakfast included in the price anyway. Water in shower was cold in the morning.

It's a wonderful otel. It's hospitality and historical manner was beautiful 🤗
