The location is great and the hostel and the rooms look good. Hot shower at any time.

The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, the rooms face a patio that had a dolby surround effect so the voices get into the room. The breakfast is minimal.

Great location - on the cutest street in La Paz and near lots of restaurants and cafes. Good breakfast in the morning (although you have to pay for eggs!)

Felt like the facilities needed updating and could use some more comfortable touches (pillows are flimsy, no bath mats for the floor, one towel for two people until asking for another, etc)

Hôtel pas très cher, très bien situé.

Les chambres mériteraient un sérieux coup de neuf. Bac à douche trop petit, ça deborde de partout quand on se douche. Draps trop petits, surtout ne pas trop bouger la nuit ! Tapis de douche trempé mais surtout pas changé, papier toilette pas renouvellé, c'est service minimum. Pareil pour le petit-déjeuner : pas assez de tasses et d'assiettes, il faut toujours attendre !

In tegenstelling tot onderstaande reviews vond ik het personeel erg behulpzaam. Niet alles komt vanzelf aanwaaien, maar gewoon vragen. Erg goed geholpen met alles waardoor we van alles waren voorzien. Het ontbijt was lekker!! Hun brood een echte Franse banquette was knapperig ( niet zoet!!!) en helemaal top! Ontbijt was weliswaar soms wel eens op, maar simpel weg even geduld hebben en ze vullen alles netjes helemaal aan! Lekker ontbijt! Kortom hoog cijfer omdat het een top prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding heeft. Je krijgt wat je verwacht voor de prijs.

Badkamer kwam een aparte geur uit de afvoer putjes, dus de badkamer deur goed dichthouden anders komt het de slaapkamer in. WiFi was niet heel erg best tijdens ons verblijf.

The location was great and you have pretty much everything nearby. The staff is super polite, helpful and friendly. The room is very clean and comfy as well.

The internet is veeeeeery slow, if you need to work online, just give up, cause even Instagram was lagging. The breakfast is way too simple. I had better breakfasts on the montain tours than the hotel.

We had the apartment which was very big and comfortable for the 4 of us. The staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help. We had a very nice stay. We paid half day to spend the day in the room while waiting for our night bus to Uyuni. It was a very good solution for us with kids. The breakfast was also good with fresh juice, bread, ham, cheese and some fruits.

The double beds are bit on the small side.

Nice and comfortable rooms, excellent location - there are so many agencies offering tours around La Paz within maximum 5 minute walk. There are many restaurants around as well. The area seemed safe as it is quite touristic part of La Paz (the accommodation is located probably on the most photographed street in the city centre). The breakfast is fine and the stuff was reall nice. We could left there our bags for a few days for free. And there is a hot water availible all the time at the reception (for tea etc.) and also microwave oven. The stuff let us store some food from restaurant in the reception fridge.

A small drawback is the lack of a kitchen, but the price for the room isn't bad so you can try some restaurants around (we liked Cafe del Mundo).

The apartment was warmly decorated, clean, and had what we needed. Located in the witch’s market, it was in the perfect place for a tourist seeing city. It was nice having staff there at all hours. They helped us out several times.

The rooms were quite hot - I think because of the roof over the inner courtyard area? Also it did seem a bit noisy with people coming and going early and late - again I think because of the inner courtyard arrangement

location! It is right in the middle of the "Umbrella street" , everything in the historic center nearby. 6 minutes walk to the Teleférico Purple line station. Traditional courtyard with glass roof lots of plants. Very nice staffs.

WIFI was an issue in one of the rooms we stayed. But once we move to the different room after few day all was ok.

The doors for the rooms are only useful to block views. Every sound comes through, so it feels like the people revving their motorcycles on the street at night are right next to you. You also hear every single person checking in at night smashing the doors. Our flight out of La Paz was at 4:25am. When we tried leaving the hostel there was a big padlock stopping us. Our taxi was already there but we had to keep it waiting because we couldn’t find the staff at first. That was unacceptable.
