Das Hotel macht einen renovierten Eindruck, so dass die Ausstattung sehr neu aussah, es gibt einen 24 Stunden Check in, das ist sehr praktisch, wenn man spät landet. Des weiteren ist das Personal sehr sehr nett. Die Lage ist sehr gut da die Promenade mit Geschäften und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke ist, die Bushaltestelle ist auch gleich da.

Dazu fällt uns gerade nichts ein.👍🏻

The hotel was very close to the beach, there was a pool with sunbeds in the hotel area. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent.

They put me in a room right by the Pool Bar, where it was extremely noisy - staff walking back and forth, blender going off, phone ringing, kitchen plates and pans shackling. It was not a room that should be used to host a guest, It was essentially a glorified storage room. I had to complain to hotel staff who told me that the hotel was "full" and unable to change my room. Finally after sensing my disappointment, they miraculously had another vacant room they switched me to. The room had a terrible mosquito problem. I had bites all over my body and on my face. Generally, the hotel seems to be very "accommodating" if you are German and/or over the age of 55. Me not being either, was not treated with much hospitality.

Because I was traveling alone, I was hoping that the staff would've given me advise on what to do in Mallorca or have some conversations with them. They all didn't seem very keen to talk to me. No one really did during my stay actually.

The stay in this hotel was exceptional! Everything was great - location, food, pool, bar, hotel staff. We really enjoyed it and will come back for sure! Big thank you!

the property is decent with basic facilities. Although price might be not on the reasonable side if we compare it to to the room facilities.

The buffet breakfast/dinner was fine. Breakfast was mostly monotonous and the only thing which I didn’t like was the dinner timing was between 7-9pm. Too early pack up. Also, once the clock hits the buffet timing, no matter if you want to eat more or if you are present there, the management would certainly start to pick up all the food. even in front of the guests who are enjoying dinner/breakfast and want to eat more. We literally took the food in our plate in advance so as to avoid hunger. They should at least consider the guests who are present at the Buffett area and should at least let them all eat properly. of course no body will sit the whole day there :)

Lots of space with fantastic views from all sides. With lots of extras like fresh fruit, bottle of wine, books and host was very helpful

Nothing really. If I had a tiny complaint shower is not big and door would not close properly but that was miniscule issue.

The single room is so small. The smallest hotel room I have ever been to. And the bed too!!! Thank god I am a small woman.

We really enjoyed the stay in this hotel room. It was clean and absolutely enough for two people. A nice bathroom, comfortable beds and a working air - conditioning system. Room service was available every day as well as fresh towels. The staff was very friendly and the location was great too. It was a 2 minute walk to the next supermarket and the bus stop. A touristy beach is also right outside the door. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and everything you need during vacation. All in all we would choose this hotel again :)

really close to the beach, a small hotel that was friendly and close to everything with parking on site if you have a car. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout.

we had a double room where the bed was two singles pushed together. We fell down the gap a couple of times so maybe make sure you get a double bed
