Staff gentilissimo e veramente molto disponibile, stanza comoda e accogliente, molto attenti alla pulizia. Colazione ricca anche di prodotti per intolleranti e celiaci.

It's a lovely hotel with a fantastic location in the center of the city. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was always clean.

Being in the center of the city means that it could be a little bit noisy in the night.

In the bathroom of my room (204) the toilet was in a tiny space (even for me and I’m a woman, medium height, slim -47kg).

Property was beautiful, clean, comfortable. They served a beautiful breakfast. Property was close to everything.

When we checked out, the man on duty insisted we had not paid and made us pay again. We called the hotel, he didn't seem really interested in doing anything quickly and he had eaten through a good chunk of our travel money by double billing us. We called booking, who handled it. The hotel kept the second amount we paid which was more than our paid in full booking through Booking.com.

I had some doubts about cleaning because i saw bristle on sink. But generally it was ok seemed clean to me.

Bathroom was very nice. Great selection of fruit for breakfast. Staff was excellent in being helpful.

Coffee at breakfast was nothing special...strange for Italy. Needed greater variety of alternatives to cow milk...soy, rice, oat, etc. displayed and without having to request it.

The rooms were renovated since our last stay and were comfortable and quiet. The AC works quite well and was needed for this trip (July 2023). The location is perfect right off Piazza Maggiore. The breakfast was good. Would very much recommend the hotel and will stay there again.

Everyone in the hotel was so lovely and always greeted me with a smile. My room was lovely, really nicely decorated and felt very private especially with the addition of the cute inner doors. The location was excellent too.

It would've been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but due to the decor I think it wasn't possible to have a kettle, which is understandable

Great location, the breakfast for 4* hotel very poor, apart from tomatoes no vegetable. Otherwise despite the hotel is bit outdated it's clean and we had a comfortable room and beds
