Good location.

Misleading advertisment. The apartment 2A was said to have a good sized terrace and balcony. This may be true of a penthouse apartment, most of the rest of the apartments seemed to have small balconies. Some of the pictures advertised did not relate to Apartment 2A, again the large terrace for sunbathing was our main reason for booking the property and we were very disappointed this was not the case. We had to use the beach which was not our intention. The balcony has room for a table and chairs only. One of the bedrooms had two beds badly situated, so access to the wardrobes was quite tight and restricted for use. This area was only used by us as a walk in wardrobe with cases on the beds. Removal of one of the beds or moving both to another wall in the room might work better for customers. The bathroom was also a tight space.

The experience was amazing, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We were able to check in prior to the established time. Communication was good. The location is perfect so close to the beach and so close to balcon de Europa. The apartment was so so nice, clean, fully equipped with cutlery,cups. We received extra towels. The balcony was also so cute. Again, I cannot praise my experience enough I truly didn’t want to leave and I’m already thinking about when I can go back

Pool is small with little surround space and little pool furniture

Fantastic location with only a minutes walk from Burianna beach and a couple of minutes into the old town. The apartment (penthouse) was small but had everything needed, really comfy bed, great shower and Fantastic outside space with sun loungers table and chairs etc.

The only thing was that in a weeks stay the apartment wasn't cleaned. Now we did have a washing machine so towels and bedding could be done ourselves,, but bins and a general sweep/floor wash would have been appreciated.

quiet area with view of the water . Easily walkable to sites as we love walking . not far from the bus I if you chose that . great communication with owner and responded very promptly to concerns .

A fantastic short stay at the Latin apartments. We booked at short notice for 2 days whilst travelling through the area. Everything was perfect. A lovely clean large space. Both bedrooms are spacious and clean. The apartment had everything we needed & more. It was Just a shame we didn't get time to use the pool. I would absolutely recommend.

Llocation was excellent. I find this area the best to stay in Nerja. halfway between the old town area and Burriana Beach. Apartment was basic but it was clean and had everything we needed. plus the showers were roasting which was great.

swimming pool was freezing and too deep for kids. no oven/grill which wasn’t a deal breaker but would have been handy.

Towels were old,hard and discoloured. Sink stopper was too small so could not fill sink. No stopper in wash_handbasin in bathroom.

Location was excellent, a few steps from the beach and a few minutes walk to the Balcon. Cafés and bars on the doorstep. Easy parking (permit provided on request) a couple of minutes drive away and stopping outside in the street to load and unload seems to be entirely acceptable! Apartment was spacious, clean and cool, comfortable beds, English telly if that's your thing. Good shower. Nice terrace with a view of the sea one way and the mountains the other. Staff responsive and helpful via messaging in advance and messaged to check all was OK when we arrived. Pool was great.

Furnishings, decoration etc was quite simple and old fashioned but that's obvious from the photos.

Location was perfect, right next to the beach and a short walk into the centre Hosts were very friendly The apartment when we arrived was very clean it's also very secure The owners also have the bar downstairs. the food and service were very good and would defintely return to th apartment and bar again

We were there for 2 weeks, so could've done with a clean half way through at least, having said that, there is a washing machine on site and a balcony with maidens to wash and dry bedding, towels etc. there wasnt any cleaning products (there was a mop and brush) for us to clean the apartment ourselves so we had to go and buy some.

Basic but clean and well equipped apartment. Located nearby the beach and the old town center of beautiful but very touristic Nérja.

The apartment needs some renovation. Small shower and bathroom. The swimming pool was small, poorly located and not very clean.
