no staff ! no reception. the sign in procedure a bit confusing before I managed to get the key. One person I asked could not speak german.

The location was exceptional. The self check-in system was easy to use and understand. Room service was very friendly, and the beverages were replenished every day.

A tiny biz pricy for the size of the room.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable with luxury sheets and feather pillows. The hotel is in the center of the city, and next to it is a shopping centre with cinemas…

Before arrival we got the usual message with the code to enter the hotel and the room number 35…but sometime after they sent another message with different code but they changed the room to 32. We arrived late around 11p.m., with the designated code we obtained a key and went directly to the room 32! Well we woke up a guy who said he had first room 27 but they changed it to 32. At that moment we saw that on our key was written 27. So room 27 was our room, it was on the other side, when we entered it was hot and humid so we opened the window, but in the 5 o’clock in the morning some kind of cleaning machine on the street was making such a loud noise for almost an hour that woke us up and we couldn’t sleep anymore. Oh, and the coffee machine didn’t work!

I arrived at the location and could not take the key. I slept in the car in a parking lot. Something terrible. This hotel must be closed !!!!!

I liked the possibility of a self check-in since it gives the customer the freedom to check-in relatively late (like in my case)

Since the hotel is located in the middle of the city center it is obviously a bit louder when the window is open.

The room was small and the place looks deteriorated. I do not mind staying in hotels like this but I feel I ended up paying way too much for what I got.

Quiet, clean, safe location

I struggled with internet/wifi access while in Europe so to get the check in details while travelling was difficult. Had to use internet access from my friends or wifi cafes to know my check in details and the wifi access within the Hotel. I missed face to face contact of a manned reception and wanted an English speaking person to explain any issues I had.

The hotel is located right in the city center and next a few of large parkings. It was easy to use an automated check-in.

It was a bit too loud. I'd expect it from a pedestrian street but then people continued talking loudly in the halls late at night. I'm not sure that it's necessarily connected with the hotel but still want to mention it. Another thing that superposed me is that there were only two power sockets (three if you disconnect a TV). It made me think that a travel adapter called this way for a reason and one needs to carry it even if the socket type is the same 'cause it has additional outputs.

Location was just perfect.

On the first day we let them know there was no Internet in the whole property. They promised to check it. On the second day we contacted them and heard Internet would be available in the afternoon. On the third day heard there wouldn't be access to Internet due to the fact everyone was out for weekend. Additionally, all complaints had to be via another hotel's reception desk. No staff = no responsability. Shame. Germany. City centre. XXI century.

Quite and nice place to take a rest. Everything clean and fresh. A lot of necessary facilities around the hotel.

The location is okay if you travel by railway. Around 8 minutes' walk with the luggage.

This hotel has not met the expectations for a hotel as it is. There is no staff to consult for any questions, the baggage could only be left unattended in the middle of the first floor (no specific room, no surveillance). The building itself is quite old, even though the room itself is tolerable (small but enough for one traveler and one night). No possibility of breakfast, of course.

It was very cold in the room, and the door was widely open when we arrived. No kettle, no cups.

Room was very quiet facing a small courtyard. I could open the window to let air in without hearing street noise. Nice big bed.

First time staying in a place where there was no reception at all. Only in the morning I briefly saw housekeeper but no one else. I am not sure I saw the note about the breakfast option when I booked. That would have been nice because breakfast deal would have to be ordered ahead of time at participating cafes.

good location - town centre, shopping centre, river walks, bus and train stations are all close by.

i prefer hotels with a staffed reception , although staff are very helpful when available. The self check in process did work well however.
