Lovely pool and outdoor area. Excellent value for money.

Garden gate was falling apart, the barbecue was rusty and unusable.

BBQ was far to small for a family of 4. Oven didnt work and no AC.

the privacy and the space and proximity to the lovely town was very good

the maintenance of the whole estate is very poor, the yard/garden was overgrown with weeds and poorly maintained. Basic painting is not regularly maintained. the pool at the house next door was full of green algae and was unusable. the mattresses were very poor quality and the pillows were flat and old and not adequate. there was big enough towels in the linen pack even though we paid for 4 packs (there was only two adults and one child and there still wasn’t enough)! overall the place had a run down feel. the extremely limited hours that the reception opens is unworkable. also when we got to the lock box to collect out key (after the reception had closed on the day of arrival) it did not open and we had to coax out the envelope with out key with a tweezers as there is no out of hours service and the box was (and remains broken) and the alternative was for our family to sleep in the car after travelling from ireland!! not good enough service!

Location was great, staff were very helpful and available. Lovely to have a private pool and the villa was comfortable. Facilities were near by.

The villa needed a bit of TLC outside. Patio door locks need repairing along with garden decking and sand pit tidying up and the outside could do with fresh paint

Photos do not match reality. Floors & kitchen tools not clean upon arrival, plenty of weeds on terrace. The whole villa interior (pretty basic) and exterior (crumbling pool sides) starts to date quite a bit.
