We loved this hotel. The rooms are spacious with so adorable view at the beautiful houses at the hills. Not too many rooms at the hotel so you never felt like it was crowded. The staff at the hotel is one of a kind. The breakfast was really good and the view from the breakfast terrace was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the Spa and the hot tubs - clean and relaxing. Next time in Limone we will book this hotel again.

Great facilities. We made full use of the facilities including the gym, pool, hot tub and wellness centre. Breakfast spread was great, staff at breakfast were amazing. We went to the bar both nights and there was entertainment available such as singers and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Staff was pretty friendly and courteous! Gym was well equipped and the outdoor pool was also good.

The hotel is not like a 5 star hotel. The breakfast wasn’t a good quality. I found black hairs between the dried fruits. Our room smelled bad and was noisy. The furnishing is oldschool.

I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels but this one was very special. it is very calm and clean. there is an overall sense of well-being at this hotel. very close to tourist locations but not too close. the staff were outstanding. a special thanks to Shaban at the restaurant who was very friendly and helpful.

It is for older people specially those who go for treatments at the spa. I was travelling with my 20 year old daughter who loved the cleanliness and style of the hotel but found it to be for old people:

check out time is 11:00 and when we asked for late check out we were told it we are late more than 11:30 we have to pay 80€. Althought hotel was almost empty. For me personally it is so not client oriented. never coming back to this hotel

the way they conduct breakfast is quite bizarre. while every other aspect of the stay was good, I would never book another stay nor would I recommend it due to the breakfast bar method where you have to describe everything you need on your plate in detail to a nervous, rushed, overworked server. breakfast is simple. just serve it like all other hotels. i should not need to describe how.
