La situation géographique, le restaurant juste en bas et à côté. La ville est juste derrière. Petits déjeuner à trois restaurants.
Clean and well located property, hence our choice to visit this small town. However, the owners do not listen to the customer. When we arrived, they asked us to pay the bill. I told them we had already settled several days ago. They didn't listen to us and took it. After verification, we were charged twice, so we requested reimbursement for the duplicate. This lasted several days during our vacation. after several days and a lot of effort, emails with supporting documents, they reimbursed us for our entire reservation. We paid 630 NZD, and they reimbursed us 614 NZD, for a duplicate which was not our fault! and they couldn't reimburse us on our credit card, we had to go through Paypal which took commissions from us... in short, we won't return to them anymore because they didn't listen to us, I had all the proof but nothing to do. My husband told me that they were only going to take the print, that's why I gave our credit card the second time otherwise I wouldn't have done it. so just for that I give a bad rating!! otherwise the apartment is very good as well as the location. With the commissions, we were reimbursed 580 NZD, which makes 51 NZD in commissions payable by us!! so on a 630 NZD booking we lost 51 NZD.

There might be a bit problem when hot during night. In our apartment there was no air conditioning, well, during our stays fans were super helpful.

The man who greeted us and showed us around was kind and lovely. The team sent a text message checking in on us when we were later than our expected time.

Location and unit was great , owner was super friendly and helpful. Reception had lots of games and movies to borrow , a nice touch!

Cleanliness: there is a room for improvement. e.g. lipstick on several glasses in the cupboard.
also the owner might think about exchanging some of the furniture which does not look great anymore, e.g. lamps in the bedroom and leather sofa.
However, it seems being a general New Zealand issue in every hotel we stayed in until now…
Nespresso or something similar would be appreciated.

We loved the beautiful views and the friendly staff who welcomed us. We also loved the location! It was walking distance to everywhere. The owner texted and let us know the room was ready and just went over and beyond for great service!
Everything was amazing. We just didn't like that we couldn't stay longer.

This property is in a fantastic location with beautiful views and walking distance to everything you could want. The hosts were lovely and went above and beyond to help wherever they could, including a building tour and welcome chat, local tips and travel information. There were games, sporting equipment and shovels to use for free at any time. It was lovely to see a friendly face when you entered the building at all times.

The location was great, close to the central shops and restaurants, coffees and bars
The room is getting tired, shower control broken, some broken tiles. Nice deck area, but would be noisy in summer as over the pool. Kitchen had no work space. Had food smells from pub next door. Restaurant downstairs was amazing. Fabulous food.

It was a terrible rainy weekend so we didn't get the opportunity to utilise the pool and spa area....so are definitely looking forward to coming back for that.

was booked as a harbour view apartment. view was the roof of the building next door. it would be good if apartments could have at least 1 sharp knife.
