Staff is so welcoming and helpful - we were able to use kitchenware for preparing our own breakfasts and lunches, and they helped us with the dolmus schedule and pointed us to the bus stop as well. The room was clean and the blanket they gave us was so soft and fresh - I think this is the first hotel I’ve been to that seems to regularly wash the top blanket! They also had the sweeeetest pup Luna. She will give you a warm welcome and a couple kisses, if you seek her out.

This place is a dump, absolutely disgusting. Was only there 4 hours and had to find different accommodation. They wanted full amount on arrival, before we seen the room. There was a lizard like creature crawling around the walls, the room was infested with insects, the furniture was falling apart, lights hanging of the walls. The so called "breakfast " was a joke, not even tea or coffees available. The pool area was a death trap, a lady slipped on the slimes stairs leading into the pool, she damaged her back and broke her arm. This place isn't fit to stay in . The manager said he would get the room cleaned or changed, bur we declined, he offered a refund for the remaining days and after we packed up he refused, therefore costing £310 for one night. I told him I would give a bad review, he begged me not to, but I have no choice, this place is the pits and shouldn't be advertised on your website or app

This place is the Pits, they wouldn't let us see the room until we paid full amount. It was disgusting, lizard like creature running around the wall, infested with insects. Furniture falling to bits. .Good location, 5 minutes walk to centre. Nice pool area a suntrap for most of the day. Nice renovated shower rooms. I couldn't communicate much with Staff /owners due to language barrier, but they seemed nice people and hard working.. I wish them good luck

My recommendation would be that they must provide thicker blankets for the non summer months, as even with hot air conditioning on, it was so cold at night

They did my check-in without looking at the clock. Serkan and Tolga were very friendly. They know beginner level English, but they did their best :) They even thought of turning on the air conditioner before I came. For the price, the service was best <3

It exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean. Tolga was very helpful. I can said that best boutique hotel to stay in the price range.E xcept for breakfast, there is no meal service at the moment, but there are enough restaurants around the California Otel

Breakfast was buffet style. It is satisfying in kind of food and taste. As a location, it is very close to Hisaronu. There are many restaurants around for dinner. Very close to Ölüdeniz beach. You can move just 5 min to beach with car. The staff is very polite. Although the number of guests was few during my stay, the hotel was very well-maintained. Mr. Tolga was especially interested in my requests.

Everything is fine that wrote property list description. Kitchen is not opened yet. But staff provied the breakfast just for me. I came the hotel previous year Room and Hotel redesigned. New owners changed everything. If you are looking for a budget hotel, the right address is this hotel :)
