Room was spotless, modern and well equipped. Location was also very good (10 mins away from Vic's center by walking)

Another person of the staff was just speaking Catalan even if we didn’t understand it The shower was fixed, the water pressure too high and it was losing water from one point. No place to position the towel close to the shower

The room was too hot, it is not possible to fully open the window. It takes long to get the key and go to the room. The haid dryer is not good, it takes forever to dry the hair.

It's in a good location and in a nice building. Room had everything we needed with good views.

There wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like.

Close to the city center, has its own parking, nice rooms with a comfortable bed and a nice place to eat breakfast. It is an interesting place to walk around.

Nothing really, just my daughters had the bad luck of a couple coming back at three in the morning and they kept talking loudly in the room next door. So.....I got up, pounded on the door and they got quiet immediately.

The hotel section was fully reformed. The rooms are small but comfy. The bed was nice and clean. The restaurante where we had breakfast was also nice. Good people working there.

The hotel should advertice they have a school in the same building. If you try to get out of the parking lot around 12 or 1 it is a complete madhouse. All the moms and dads desperate to get out of the location. Extremely frustrating. The rooms are in the first and second floor, ground floor is classrooms and -1 is a gymnasium so you have children and teenagers running and shouting through the hallways. The shower took a bit too long to heat, the water pressure was a little bit strong for out taste (like gym showers from the 80's)

Good experience, as expected for the what we paid. Very nice staff!

Beds were comfortable and the views were great! Reception and staff were very friendly and accommodating, we had to borrow a wine opener and the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure we could borrow it and we returned it when we checked out. A little bit far off the center but the whole stay was fantastic!

The shower pressure was a bit strong and the air conditioner didn’t seem to give off cooler air.
