Wunderschön gelegen, schöner Garten mit Pool. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Liebevolles Frühstück im Garten serviert.

It is a charming property. There is a pool surrounded by grass and trees. It is a short walk to town.
The breakfast was delicious and the freshly squeezed orange juice delicious. David was a gracious host.

The warmth, cheer and hospitality of the host. We had heavy luggage and the host gave us a choice of a ground floor room even though our room initially was on the first floor and helped us with our luggage.
Very well appointed room with all modern fittings and privacy. French windows which enabled one to step out on the lawn. A lot of attention to detail in appointment of the room which was extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was superb with all fresh ingredients and marmalade made with fruit from their own garden. Choice of egg. Very well laid out tables alongside the swimming pool with linen and attractive crockery and both husband and wife attending to guests. Very pleasant lounge as well with tea/ coffee provided. Its a very beautiful and well maintained property.
The place is a little distance away from the hill top village. Though the host suggested we take our car up, we decided to walk and it turned out to be a pleasant 20 minute walk though up hill. Very pleasant walking back in 15 minutes after dinner and we were happy to be able to stretch our legs.

beautiful surroundings in the quintessential south of France beautiful countryside surrounded by Cyprus trees and foliage . The property had everything we needed and was serviced daily . The breakfast was beautifully served by one of the heated pools. The service provided by this couple was faultless .

The villa is beautiful, set in a lovely park/garden--a lot of green, and well laid out. Spacious room. Very good, comfortable bed. Lovely balcony with comfortable sunbeds and beautiful view of the garden. Lovely pool area. Excellent breakfast. Free parking. The hosts were very attentive, accommodating, and pleasant.

Villa Saint Paul was the perfect place to enjoy our honeymoon - Davide and Jeanette were incredibly welcoming hosts who instantly made us feel at home in the elegant room within the old house. Comfortable bed with private terrace overlooking the swimming pool, there was almost no need to leave this oasis - but if you did the charms of St-Paul-de-Vence were only a 20 minute (uphill) walk away. Breakfasts were incredibly generous served at the poolside with delicious giant pains-au-chocolat the standout! We were not surprised at all to find that most guests are repeat visitors - we hope to be back again soon!

super friendly and helpful and accommodating staff in spite of having an urgent family situation for which they had to travel - couldnt have been nicer and breakfast superb
highly recommend and an easy 20 minute walk into St Paul and 25 mins walk to the Fondation Maeght - although uphill all the way there and down hill all the way back so for the fitter!
very little not to like! I would have liked to have a standup shower over the bath but there was an outdoor shower with hot water by the pool

Can’t rate this place highly enough. Better than expected in every way. The hosts are super kind. The swimming pool was amazing. My kids loves the generous breakfast and rated the scrambled eggs as the best they ever had. We will definitely be coming back

The location was perfectly situated to explore all of the wonderful Nearby beaches and enjoy the town of St Paul. Spend says at St Jean Cap Ferrat, Antibes, Nice and evenings strolling the historic town of St Paul! The houses have 2 pools and a lovely communal

David & Jeanette are the nicest host we ever met! The house is marvellous and our room is really extraordinary - clean, bright and lovely decorated! We enjoyed our breakfast in the garden and we missed nothing! Can only recommend to stay here …
