Staff doesn't speak other languages other than czech or german, this isn't bad, just unannounced. Walls are thin between rooms, hope for silent neighbors.

The hotel is in a quiet, beautiful part of the city. The rooms were very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The staff, especially Sonja were super helpful. Sonja was very kind and provided us with plenty of information. I would absolutly recommend Hotel U Kaple for anyone exploring beautiful Decin.

Everything was perfect, none of us had any complaints.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet location, just a short walk from Děčín train station. The staff were very friendly, and it was very quick and easy to check in/check out. Our room was very clean and well-equipped.

There is a restaurant outside, and sometimes it was a little bit loud at night - but it wasn't a big problem.

everything, I have no complains. All was good and nice. I am happy with service provided. I will come back in future for sure. Thank you..

Personal is very friendly, clean room, quiet and beautiful surroundings, nice breakfast.

I arrived late in the evening, around 20.30 and was told that restaurant is open till 22.00, and it was, but the kitchen was already closed :( Would of being nice to know that in advance... Another thing, I had a strange room, there was no power socket in it! There were two bed stand lamps, but nothing to plug them in... I had to charge everything in the bathroom...
