Very nice hotel with lovely stuff

Room, Staff, Food, Activities, everything was exceptional! A very family friendly hotel where I would definitely want to spend my time with my family for a relaxing holiday. I will visit it again!!!

Nice position, with many beaches within walking distance. Nice cocktail bar. The assigned room was spacious.

Generally too touristic Hotel and the offer food and services is average. Soft drinks are really medium-low quality. wifi not always working.

The room was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The pools are nice. We were worried about sea water, but its not that bad. The food was pretty good too. Best food is breakfast and dinner. Lunch is so so.. The staff is friendly and its overall quiet

Snacks and drinks were pretty lame. Pizza always cold and other "snaks" just don't worth the calories. There is coffee machine for free, but when i asked for ice-coffe they say i need to pay for it, so i had to make it myself with the low quality machine cofee and some ice from the bar... Overall its a nice place but the bar and snacks can be improved... the entertainment was very basic

-room was of a decent size -location was good - close to places -food was ok -fridge in bedroom was nice -balcony was nice

-tv was hard to work and as a result didn’t watch anything . -bathroom tub was small and could not adjust it to be bigger. -food was nice however very repetitive and sometimes bland -staff would constantly stare as we were the only two black people present( as well as guests staying there ), some of the chefs were quite nice and would give us fresh food. - had to pay extra for certain things such as beach towels and cocktails. -wine that comes with the all inclusive deal was hard to drink - pool would be crowded and no sun beds regardless of being 5/6 pools.

Staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. We arrived around 9pm and they kept the buffet open for us to have a late dinner. There are several pools and splash areas that kept people spread out so it didn't feel too overcrowded despite being full. Easy access via a short walk to a beach which is protected from waves and perfect for small children. Food was great with a decent variety each day. We had a great time and would consider coming back in the future.

Room was very hot when we arrived and the AC took a long time to cool it down. We arrived late, so we went to bed sweaty that night (thankfully we were tired) so it would have been nice if the room had been cooled ahead of time. There's no shop at the hotel so if you need other food/drinks (like milk for a baby, or bottled water) you'll have to cross a busy street to the supermarket. There is a tunnel under the road but it was flooded after rain. It also wasn't clear to us that the chairs on the beach were from a different property and thus cost a fee to use (there is no signage of this at the beach).

Everything was perfect: Great room, great pools, great water park, extreamely nice staff, close to the beach. The all inclussive plan was also very good. To summarize, this is a great hotel, at a very reasonable price, and you will not regret choosing this one.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything we asked was provided to us and we were even advised on what to do and how to get to nearby places. Food was well made and quite varied. Breakfast was standard, but otherwise they had like 20-25 types of desserts only (on rotation). Good selection of healthy options. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day. Alcohol drinks are limitless, mostly straight drinks tho. Nice and clean pools, both for children and adults. 2 bars near the pools. Sun beds are a bit limited so you should be a bit more proactive. Animators were quite good. Varied program for children and adults. Activities throughout the day. Family oriented hotel, pretty quiet at night. Bus stop to any place on the island is nearby

All taps close at 11pm. So be prepared to stock on water (and not water ;) )

best staff ever seen. main restaurant's food was good. no barrier for travel with small puppy.

relaxation pool was not proper for relaxation. a bit noisy. more various snacks in the pool bars required

pools view++ air conditioning shower staff were attentive beach water slides (kids especially) paddle ball / billiards fruit and cookie selection was decent greek yogurt and fresh honey with raisins fresh daily omelettes snack bar for the kids (and the adults)

the variety of food was a bit underwhelming some of the dishes weren't kept significantly warm some meat dishes were dry or overcooked (included) beverages were not interesting, a local branded range of artificially flavored carbonated water. No fresh fruit juices for breakfast

Incredible hotel, incredible staff! Everything was such good value for money. We had an amazing week here. Would highly recommend.
