It was quiet and good hotel. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean . Staff is very helpful. the best part is the view of Mother Armenia statue, mount Ararat and entire city view from room window. Super delicious breakfast. You can find a nearby Indian restaurant ( Flavor of India) which is very reasonable and provide very tasty food.
Its 4 to 5 Km away from Republic Square but you can easily get the Buses and Cabs. Otherwise all good

Отель очень хороший. Выбирали отель с завтраками, с хорошими условиями, большими номерами. Завтраки хорошие, обильные, есть и овощи и фрукты, каши, омлеты, яичницы. Все вкусно, за неделю не наскучили. Номера немаленькие, все хорошо, белье белоснежное, из туалетных принадлежностей - шампунь, гель, мыло. ежедневно дают бесплатно бутылку воды, но если не хватает - в холле есть кулер с водой. В отеле есть бассейн, небольшой но чистый. Администраторы очень доброжелательны, помогают по всем вопросам. Напротив отеля - есть магазин.
чтобы не писали в предыдущих отзывах - учтите - отель расположен все таки далековато от центра, хоть и пишут пешком 30 минут от центра до отеля, не совсем это так., да и дорога в гору. Проблем добраться до отеля не было - ездили всегда на такси - если не час пик, то от центра до отеля будет стоить рублей 300. Зато воздух чистый, меньше шума на улице. из некоторых номеров видна гора Арарат. Отель больше подойдет для спокойного отдыха

De sfeer, er was geen gezelligheid. Er waren nauwelijks schilderijen of andere attributen die de sfeer kunnen sturen zoals muziek. folders van attracties en toeristische trekpleisters of gewoon een receptionist die, omringd door foto´s, sleutels, en andere zaken die specifiek bij een hotel horen. De kamers waren er maar het hotel als uitvalsbasis voor excursies en ook het thuigevoel zijn aspecten die kunnen worden verbeterd,

Room was large with new furniture, TV and fridge. Bathroom was bit run but clean. Nice and clean private pool. Staff was very nice and helpful. Window view to Ararat.
Room service wasn't provided daily, I missed the bathroom apron and hairdryer.. Bed wasn't comfortable, mattress was very soft. Breakfast was poor, there wasn't chance to choose bread or any kind of sausages, bacon, salamy nor fresh fruit. Caffe was awfull, no caffe machine.

The staff is great, very helpful and nice! Breakfast are surely good enough. 10 minutes in taxi to downtown. A convenience store right across the street. A cozy place with about zero noise from the street, my room was just huge with a balcony. That was a perfect value for the price!! WiFi is perfect for work.

Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was really good (simple though). Location was nice, it was close to a large park. Also there was an amazing restaurant nearby

The people working in the hotel were amazing. I got there as an Armenian with my foreigner girlfriend, and I did not know what to expect. We were greeted very respectfully and the staff was very helpful if we had questions or needed anything. If we would ever go back to Armenia, we will definitely stay at the Primer hotel again.
The location, breakfast, room and pool are very great.
The staff was cleaning the pool, therefore we could not swim for 2 days. After all it was worth it cause the water was really clean.
