Located not far from the city center, view on the mountain

Hotel reception close between 12pm and 2pm mid-August which is the peak period so had to wait 1 hour. No mention during booking

Geen uitgebreide keuken maar piepkleine kitchenette, zonder afwasmachine en oven.
Geen ruime kastenwand, slechts één kast met één plank.
Geen eettafel, een gammel geval van het balkon maar naar binnen gehaald
Geen wasrek om zwemkleding/was te drogen
Op het balkon valt niet te zitten, te warm ivm geplaatste airco en insecten door te hoge begroeiing
Ondanks het indienen van een klacht wegens het ontbreken van al deze zaken, werden wij geacht de volledige prijs te betalen. Betalen, vertrekken of anders werd de politie ingeschakeld! Alsof je een crimineel bent. Alles in de omgeving zat vol, dus dit horrorhotel helaas moeten betalen, met een prachtige korting van maar liefst €10,- per nacht (prijs was €192) want ja, anders had mevrouw geen winst. Hospitality en klantvriendelijkheid kennen ze niet. De klant is geen koning, maar het geld regeert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es ist ein gut gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel. Auch das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Ich finde den Preis etwas zu hoch. Vielleicht lag es an der Nachfrage/Angebot. Das Hotel war gut besucht.

Cet hôtel est magnifique. Tout y est spacieux à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur végétation + couleur de la piscine = plaisir des yeux !
Une petite bouilloire dans la chambre aurait été une cerise sur le gâteau.

Après ma réservation un coup de tel de l'hôtel pour organiser notre arrivée très bien-veillante.
Nous étions de passage c'est une belle adresse.
L'accès direct au location bateau.

there were some basics missing in the room‘t like glasses, bottle opener, fridge, save etc.

Lovely & quiet, good facilities & location, only short walk to restaurants
No cold water & tap in kitchenette leaked which they did try to sort. Could have done to cut foliage back in front of balcony as blocked view when sat out there.

Property was clean and staff helpful plus good parking for motorcycles.
The room smelt damp and musty and you could see water damage on the walls.

We had a Studio room, that means with a little kitchen and especially a fridge which was great in the heat. We had enough space and a huge bad. The AC was good and not too loud. It is quite calm, the neighbours we didn’t here. Only the doors of the rooms have been very squeaky.
Also the pool was great to relax and cool down. The view to the Genoese Tower and in general the environment was really beautiful. Parking slots are sufficiently available. The beach is quite close, also restaurants you can reach by foot. The grocery stores are also relatively close. All in all we had a nice stay.
A little minus is, that the Studio will be not cleaned, if you haven’t booked a breakfast. One time we did get new towels and sheets. But that isn’t really dramatic.

Originally we had booked another hotel a bit closer to the beach, but they cancelled so I had to pick another one. Somehow - in the haste when selecting an alternative - we got the notion that this would be a B-hotel.. How wrong we were, this was really a very nice surprise. It was a bit farther from the beach, but still easy to walk in like 5 minutes. We had a room with balcony with a view on both the pool and the old tower near the beach. Very very beautiful view! Perhaps this would be less enjoyable if you have a room at the back of the hotel, but even then the rooms are very good. The scenery is fantastic and the staff very helpful.
You have to pay for the refrigerator. Not that it's a big amount, but if you already pay an amount for the rooms, you don't expect a (small) markup for such a minor thing.
