Staff is not co-operative at all

I don't like anything

Staff is friendly and helpful. Airport transport went smooth and the price was good (400 INR one way from/to Dabolim). The AC works well, essential at 35°C outside temperature. The rooftop pool is dated but does the trick, and there is shade. Breakfast was acceptable.

The room was shabby and the furniture is tired. Towels from the previous guest still dirty on the bathroom floor. The WiFi was not working properly in my room, only in the lobby. There were frequent power cuts, especially scary when you are in the elevator. Water was leaking in the hallways (probably from the AC unit)

Maintenance of facility needs attention example safe was broken. Light bulbs weren't changed. Although WiFi didn't work, staff assisted by giving router.

good property very close to the airport, has loads of restaurants around it in case you don’t want to eat in hotel’s restaurants

Close to airport and clean and comfortable beds. great if you looking for a decent stay !
