Hotel needs renovation.. room furniture is broken.. Cushion covers looks very old and dull..

The Google map took us through a very bad road. It is better if the management mentions to take the road going to kotagiri via Charing cross

The breakfast and the food at the place was very good. The dinner was ala carte and absolutely delicious. The same holds for breakfast. Perfectly designed menu suiting all taste buds and was of perfect taste.

The bathroom has a weird smell. That is something to take care of

fabulous overall. highly supportive staff from top to bottom.

In short time they helped to create birthday set up for my co brother who was there as family. Food was tasty

management team was good. operation manager was v professional and really was helpful and supportive to help us deal with issues we faced.

smell in rooms, corridors food not good menu not good v small deluxe rooms as per price and compared to other hotels old infrastructure

Break fast is very good except coconut chutney. we have to appreciate the special diet chicken stew prepared by sushanth and chef for my son. the food was awesome. staffs were very kind and good hospitality.

I requested for discounts and was not accepted, but still ... night stay for drivers is no clarity. you could have had dormitory for the drivers with basic requirements like bed bathroom and hot water facility etc..... this could have been charged separately as how north side hotels are doing.
