It was an incredible stay for us! The owner really went out of her way to help us out, and her son was also very kind and approachable, especially when he was helping to translate the "clothing drying rack" (varal) over the phone. His recommendations regarding the treks and difficulties were priceless! The location was fantastic, being so near to the centre and the two beaches, and yet so quiet and undisturbed by traffic or other noise. And the bus stop to all other locations is barely 50m away too. Cleanliness was great too, with rooms and toilets being well cleaned every other day. The beds were comfortable, with nice blankets; and the air conditioner worked very well to keep out the summer heat. Also, the private hammock is a wonderful place to relax once you've had enough sun for the day. It's stated that breakfast "isn't included", in the sense that it isn't the FULL Brazilian breakfast, but they still do provide a simple assortment of light cakes and pastries every morning! And besides, the kitchen is very well equipped and cleaned too. Parking is also available, if necessary. All in all, we'd DEFINITELY return here again! P.S. For anyone who may be thinking of taking a boat trip to Ilha do Campeche, the boat agency doesn't accept cards; CASH ONLY. But, there're no ATMs anywhere nearby! So please withdraw beforehand and come prepared.

The wifi was just a bit spotty for us, but even then, the owner was already looking for better options for routers, and was even asking me about my opinion on router brands and models. I'm sure that the wifi must have been upgraded by the time I'm posting this review :)

top Pousada !

The Pousada is in an excellent location. The owner is amazing and very friendly! This Pousada has an amazing vibe. I will certainly return. Armação beach very nice! Very peaceful. You have everything you need within walking distance.

Little bit noisy during Saturday

The staff is very friendly, the location is great, and the rooms are quite nice

The beds could have been slightly better, and a little bit of street noise… But other than that it is a very nice place to stay

- double bed was just 2 small matereses out together which was uncomfortable - water heater wasn’t working in shower - toilet wasn’t flushing properly - no breakfast included
