Everything was perfect: room, food, entertainment. Nice and friendly stuff. Amazing place to stay with your kid.

Swimming pool crowded and therefore not very clean. Basilica restaurant crowded at lunch time with staff overloaded.

Everybody was very friendly and always had a smile on their face. We felt very welcome! It was very clean and the buffet was excellent!

It would have been great to have a quite spot to escape the busy property. We enjoyed the little restaurants and bars just outside of the property for that.

Everything was amazing! Clean and comfortable room, the buffet was really good for adults and kids. All very clean, pool, restaurant, toilets. The location is perfect, only a few steps from the beach!! The shows are different and the kids club is 5 stars!

The wifi is really bad, couldn’t get any outside the room

Everything! Staff we excellent always there to help. We were able to stay on after check out Late flight used the downstairs shower facilities. Spotless rooms. Good selection of food. Easy private access to beach was great as my mother inlaw has walking difficulties. Kids loved the pool activities. We also felt very safe walking about the small resort very relaxed ! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was great- Staff in all areas were very helpful and smiling making our stay very pleasant. Kids just loved every minute of out stay - So many different activities to choose from. Also huge selection of food in restaurants. Big thank you to all waiting staff as they did great job every single day.

WiFi was not great in the room

There were so many kids activities to suit every age. The beach was beautiful with great food at the cafes but also fantastic food in the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the gardens were lovely. My boys loved the games room and the reception staff were great at giving me change from my euro notes for the machines.

We ordered bottles of water at dinner each evening but I felt as everyone was doing this it was a waste of plastic / glass. I'd prefer to use a dispenser, paying if necessary. The environmental impact of all those bottles!

All the food was brilliant. Lots of variety and cooked fresh.

Nothing, I loved it all. Can’t wait to go back.

It's super kid friendly. My baby had a lot of fun

It was very clean. very child friendly. The staff from the reception is excellent, the restaurant is totally childproof and perfect for eating with two toddlers.

The employees from the baby club where overall fantastic. However the last day when picked up our kids, there was an employee (dutch girl) who was quite rude and made diminishing comments about our kids. We have not let this influence our rating because the rest of the staff was quite perfect.

The kids pool was a huge hit with our kids. An enclosed pool area with sunloungers, a pirate ship with slides and a mushroom shower. My kids loved it, it felt so safe and we could actually sit down knowing our 3 and 2 year old couldn't run off anywhere. Also the beach was beautiful! The rooms were kept exceptionally clean with friendly staff all over the hotel. The small touches for young kids was very much appreciated (small sink in the toilet, bibs for children at dinner, plastic cutlery, cups and plates...) The food was amazing. We never expect much from hotel buffet style food but the choice and quality was better than most restaurants. They cooked fresh pasta every night infront of you so it wasn't sitting around for hours. They had meats and fish that was cooked to order infront of you also. For older kids they had a section that could go and choose what they wanted themselves. We were never disappointed at breakfast or dinner. We were half board. We arrived late evening on the first night and they had put sandwiches, youghurts and various bits in our room fridge so we wouldn't be hungry.

Not much

We enjoyed the pool and the apartment, we loved how much the hotel has considered the needs of parents and children on holiday. We got free purées for the baby from the kitchen upon request and we could arrange a nanny for our dinner time if we wanted to. It was a very clean place overall and we did enjoy the food, even though we were hoping to have more variety of Spanish flavours than different paella every day. Also, we did appreciate that we were refunded an amount based on the days we eventually stayed due to commitments and we liked how the hotel was friendly and accommodating.

We were having an all-inclusive package and we were hoping for slightly more options in the hotel bar other than alcoholic drinks. Same goes for the buffet. We were hoping to have more traditional Spanish food other than themed food nights (Mexican/Indian/etc) which were average flavours. We do appreciate that this was done to introduce variety, however, perhaps the Spanish cuisine can offer that variety itself. Also, nobody came to ask about the quality of the food in person on a daily basis (feedback is requested once a week by filling a form) , which is a shame because in other 4-star all-inclusive or half-boards that I have been in Greece the maitre was coming chatting up the food almost daily. In this hotel my husband was asked to fill the form on our 2nd day and we didn’t have an opinion yet. In our 7 days there we were not asked again. Truth is you DO expect to be asked for frequent feedback in a 4-star hotel, paying for all-inclusive.

Kids entertainment was top notch and went above and beyond to help and be attentive with the children. Range of food and quality was exceptional. All staff amazing.

Bit of an issue with the ants in room - but nothing major. Sofa bed could have been more comfortable but worked. Kids music before dinner during the 6.15 - 7.15pm window when do face painting etc would have been great ,but above all everything was superb.

Staff was super nice always and very friendly. Especial shout out for Magda who helped us with the excursions and car rental, and to Alejo who served us during breakfast and always had a smile on his face. There are loads of activities during the day so you never get bored and the shows in the evening were amazing, I looked forward to watching them after dinner and the kids did also. The Hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained, great pool and play area for the kids. The food is nice considering it is a part or full pension scheme. they also allowed us a late check in since our flight would be later that day which I thought was a really nice gesture.

Wi-Fi was non existent, it said connected but to open a google search was a struggle so ended up using my own data throughout my stay. Pathway to the beach could be more straight forward, if you have bigger kids it`s fine, but with 2,5-year-olds it was a massive struggle to go and come back. Finaly, nothing to do with the Hotel, but I didn`t like the beach very much, it has a lot of rocks which made my kids want to go in our lap and it took forever until we could get to a point where it would get deep enough for them to float. The only restaurant on the beach was also very bad, the worse food I`ve ever had in Spain so I don`t consider this beach the best one to go with little ones.

Plenty of activities for kids, excellent food, nice pools and comfy beds. The kids club is very well organised and they even have a baby mini club for kids between 0 and 2years old.

The internet connection was poor in some areas.

Great food. Great cocktails. Clean beautiful swimming pools. Not very crowded. Beautiful beach. Late check out at 12 much appreciated. Excellent magic bubbles show. Rooms spacious with lots of storage. Everything is close together which makes navigating the entire resort easy with young children. Child size sink in bathroom. Very clean rooms with timely room cleaning everyday. Great air conditioning and additional fan. We reported a faulty lock on the patio door and it was fixed within 20 minutes. The big pool has a large shallow end which is excellent for young kids trying to learn.

Someone to take our bags to the room would have been nice. We had to take our suitcases to the room and carry them upstairs ourselves. Kids club had a lot of non functioning equipment because of coronavirus. The face painting was pretty bad - the kids could’ve probably done a better job themselves. Kids club induction could’ve been better- was sort of unclear which age group goes where etc. It would be nice if older siblings were allowed in with the dinner crèche but they were very strict about no child above 4 going into crèche. Buffet food options s often missing clear labels, not saying what was vegetarian, what contained what kind of meet etc. A clear explanation of how to access clean towels at the beginning of stay would have been helpful. There was no where to buy surgical face masks in the hotel. There was a fun little shop in the hotel but did not sell face masks. Would have liked more blankets for the bed.

all was perfect

It is a great stay for families. We have a child of 16 months and we had relax and enjoyable time during our stay. They think each detail for children (childchair, childcare, childprograms),while having dinner you can leave your child to magikland(kind of kindergarden) exactly opposite of the restaurant. They take all safety and security measurements for children including corona... Food was good and all workers were amazing from kitchen to cleaning ladies, special thanks to kikoland workers as well. Thank you to all workers for making such a great effort for families.

Only one tip: knives drawer could be in a different place in the kitchen, since my child discovered it before me and brought the knife to me I was shocked, thanks god nothing happened. For the rest I dont have any recommendation, you did great job Royal Son Bou!

Great pool and kids club

We had ants in our room which was off putting and they didn’t go away after a clean.. Very few vegetarian and vegan options.. and not super helpful with trying to accommodate Poor WiFi signal so I couldn’t connect to do my work- management did not really care about helping
