LOCATION WAS OUR MAIN PRIORITY WHICH WORKED JUST FINE THE OWNER WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL TO OUR NEEDS

FOR THE STANDARD OF ACCOMODATION IT WAS A BIT OVERPRICED ,BUT SEE-ING THERE WAS A CELTIC FESTIVAL ON ,THEY COULD ASK A BIT MORE FOR THE ROOMS I GUESS. ALSO THE ANTS DID PROVE ANNOYING

Room was clean. Was fairly quiet area.

Fridge was wet under the crisper. Sofa bed was impossible to sleep on. Door handle on one room was broken.

When I arrived the reception person greeted me by name. The heater had been turned on and the room was lovely and warm. The room was clean which was very pleasing. Extra blankets in the cupboard to snuggle under if needed. They were also clean. Comfortable bed. It was just lovely.

Room was amazing,and nice place .Phil was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing was unlikely

The property was very clean and the owners were just lovely and accomodating. They drove us in a bus to the wedding we were attending with the music pumping.

Nothing all good for a basic stay

The location

The room - was located above the smoking area of the pub, so stinky and noisy especially when you are trying to put kids to sleep it was not clean at all especially the bathroom No free standing shower - only bathtub with shower head which was fixed you couldn’t adjust it The key to the room malfunctioned every time we wanted to open the door The girls at the reception made us look like idiots because we received a confirmation email which room we will stay in and when we checked in, we saw the room was still getting cleaned and we approached the reception and the pretty much laughed of the email and confirmed that room is booked for the next 3 months and it costs 500 a night. No apologies for the error instead they have us a room that key malfunctioned and was so noisy and stank from all the smoke from the smoking area below.

Very clean with good amenities and great room sizes. Very pleasant and welcoming manager. Great central location.
