Sea view is top and rooms are very nice furnished.

Room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 kids, but its ok, as we spent there just evenings and nights. Also bathroom is very small.

This hotel is ok in many respects - good rooms, well equipped etc. You must be aware that you stay in the middle of town. You have the smell from the restaurant kitchen everywhere. Ask for rooms on second floor. The rooms on 1st floor look directly onto the restaurant roof. The beach is within walking distance

we stayed 3 nights and the staff did not exchange towels and did not clean the shower. the did wash the floor and clean toilet

Perfekt location at the beach in the town. The best beds in Crete .The staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing dinner and breakfast. I recommend the Sfakia- breakfast.

Located right on the harbour front. Large comfortable room with exceptional sea views and a balcony overlooking the sea.

Great place with panoramic sea view from the balcony. Clean and apparently recently renovated.

We had a wonderful stay at Livikon! It was the perfect starting point for our hiking tours! Parking space nearby, the port is right next to the hotel, too (which makes it easy to catch the ferry), you'll also find several small supermarkets, a bakery and a pharmacy next to the hotel. The hotel is very pretty (obviously recently renovated), the room is spacious and well equiped, the bed is very comfortable, very nice bathroom, from the balkony we had a beautiful view on the sea! Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant Livikon are very tasty and relaxing (terrace right next to the sea)! The staff is friendly and welcoming - you'll love it!

Bright clean room with lovely balcony and view of sea. Very comfy big bed and good linen. The food at the restaurant is also very good.

Could have had tea and coffee making facilities. Shower occasionally leaked.

The staff at the Hotel and especially the restaurant was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. Nice balcony too.

There wasn’t any tea pot or coffee pot to make hot tea. No bottles of water or glasses in room. Everything else was good.
