The staff doesnt care about customers, we asked for a silence room without noise but they said that they dont have! Very old and noisy room. The toilets are not clean. The hotel is full of smoke! One cannot breath! I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Central location to the important sites of Travnik ..close to the major route through but peaceful in the room not much traffic noise... Breakfast is continental style which we like.. and was good..... Staff were excellent ..(thanks) we stayed 2 nights and could have done staying 3 nights because so many sites we only skimmed the surface of... WE Attended in Jan 2020 and rooms were lovely and hot with fantastic views of the Stari Grad Fortress ...... the Fortress is 250 metres away up an easily accessible track for our age group (60 years of age) also so close to 'Plava Voda' a site of outstanding beauty ... We will use them again...!

Fire instructions on interior of apartment door were missing ... this in my view needs correcting urgently ! No sign of fire fighting equipment anywhere... in hotels you are at the mercy of other people's habit's like smoking in bed and falling asleep ..this was an unwelcome omission.
