Super friendly property owner. charismatic and generous. Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the piazza also. very good location in the middle of the city. couldn’t say anything else than we were very pleased with our stay.

Best that can be said of location is that it’s convenient to the Cathedral and to a taxi stand w/o being jammed.

I loved the location, staff was very good and helpful. Rooms were great and spacious. My only issue were the steps but staff quickly helped with baggage.

The location was excellent, right in the city center, beautiful quiet streets, it was like stepping back in time. Our checkin was after midnight, the hotel staff was very accommodating and waited for us. This is amazing, considering that the hotel is small. Cesar brought our very heavy suitcase upstairs and even gifted us some cake and water. I cannot thank Cesar enough for being so real. In the room I loved the stone walls, old fireplace (now a desk) the high ceilings and the windows.

Very noisy rooms, you can hear all other guests in the hotel. The room was ok, but it was not spectacular. The bed was a bit hard for my taste. The shower rather basic.

The hotel is very well located close to the old and new city center as well as to the park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also 24/7 phone number where you can reach the staff whenever you might have an inquiry or need help. Great hotel and excellent service.

Lovely old-fashioned hotel in a great setting on the edge of the historic centre of Santiago. we had a lovely view of the square and passers by. but it was well soundproofed and very quiet at night. Beds were comfortable and the staff were lovely. We ate there the first evening and enjoyed the food so much that we came back the following night as well.

The shower holder in the bathroom was broken.

The room had character and was convenient for the centre of Santiago.

The room was noisy as it’s so central and there is a restaurant below the hotel. It was really hot when we were there, but there is no air conditioning and we couldn’t open the window due to the street noise below.

in the center. i stayed here after doing the Camino and wanted a place walking distance 😅🤣
