We stayed in this apartment for the second time and everything was spot on. Clean and spacious with very well equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the balcony (picture included😍)! No free parking however that wasn't a problem for us as we parked our car at free parking about 10min walk away from apartment. Will probably be staying again when we next time in Zadar.

Excellent location, great apartment and facilities. Comfy beds. Lovely balcony on the front overlooking the sea and also balcony at the back.

The smaller bedroom at the back can be noisy from the bar behind the apartment. It was worse on the Saturday other nights not too bad.

The apartment is very well renovated and has everything one would need for a short stay. Especially the kitchen is well equipped and everything was clean.

The house in which the apartment is could use some renovating - but as mentioned the apartment itself is very well kept.

Loud music on Friday until midnight. The furniture in the bigger bedroom looks old fashioned

Great three bedroom apartment right on the Riva in Zadar. Well equipped, reconstructed, spacious kitchen with table and dining counter. Living room with a view to the sunset over the sea, balcony with sitting area with the same view. Second balcony with sitting in the shade in hot summer. Very close to the center and cafes. New functional bathroom, two bedrooms, one large, the other only the width of the bed, both with large beds.

Entrance, staircase, elevator and the whole residential house is a bit older, unrepaired, compared to the renovated apartment it is a bit uncomfortable. In winter, heating in the bedrooms would not be bad, it was pleasant in the kitchen and living room, but it was a bit cold in the large bedroom in the night.

Aprtment was nice and cleaned with nice view

It is a little bit hot in both bedrooms because air conditioning is not cooling properly there - long distance to send cold air there.

The location of this property was amazing as it is on the waterfront and balconies were a nice feature.

The unit is quite tired and in need of some cosmetic upgrades. The 4th floor location has a sketchy old elevator so the hike up the stairs was not fun and the condition of the building entrance was scary.
