There was very little to like except the location and the garage parking.

I have never seen such a poor breakfast in a hotel. There cereal and fruit salad were already put into bowls with cling film over. The quantity in each bowl amounted to about one desert spoon. The croissants were not very fresh. The room carpet although newish, looked dirty. The bathroom was small.

Staff is awesome. Very friendly. Rooms are exceptionally nice. Location can’t be beat - close to the Altstadt but not surrounded by all-night party people.

Terrible WiFi. Literally the worst worldwide in my decades of travel. The breakfast situation with Corona is not good - too many people in the room with very little ventilation even with a door open. The hand-to-you buffet is terrible because it causes a big queue in a small waiting area. The bike storage room is a horror because it’s also a trash room that smells like a crime scene.
