Breadfast is fine and the hotel location is convenient. Room service is friendly.

Only two bottles of drinking water in the refrigerator. Suggest to have another two bottles on the table, easy to see and to use, especially when you checked in late and you want to take rest quckly. The faucet of the washing sink installed not properly, loosed and splash water outside of sinik. No soap & tooth brush in the bath room upon checked in. Soap was delivered in the 2nd day but tooth brush is not available for the room I booked. The room price when I visited in 2019, it was 1,400 Baht per day on the same building, Although it is remodelled, but as a old customer, a certain discount should be offerred.

Cleanliness and other facility is OK.

The view of room I got faced the wall of the building. It's on 6th floor. I called the staff to change but they answered that no other room available that night. I have to come to check around 11am tomorrow. (I stayed 2 nights). Very disappointed when consider the price I paid. There should be a notice if the room I booked has a view of the wall of another building.

Breakfast is so good.

The water system of the front building is not good .It is dirty .We try to wait for the good water but it is so long time .The feedback for the reception told us for waiting it for 15-30 mintues.Until 2 hours the water is not good.I told the reception to inform the management to return the money back and we will move to another hotel. Finally GM said sorry and move us to the back building.It is ok for the new rooms in the back building . But it is too late to solve this problem and told us to wait for a long time . We move a new room is almost 1am in the next day. If it is faster than this it will perfect.

The rooms are spacious .Good breakfast. Few minutes drive to the beach, passion mall and central plaza. Food and drinks vending machines are available at the hotel.

Ease of check in and beautiful wide open entry. Staff were very efficient
