Dear Villa Flores Team, Our multi-week stay in your holiday apartment was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, we were pampered by your team with warm hospitality and excellent service. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. The balconies were a highlight, and we spent many evenings there. It was a relaxed short walk to the beach, passing delicious gelaterias and shopping opportunities. We were also thrilled with the many amenities provided in the house. The option to use bicycles or the provided stroller was extremely helpful and made our adventures with our children much easier. The fitness center (and beach yoga) were another bonus that allowed us to stay active even during our vacation. The Bagno 24, where you are provided with sun loungers, was also great! But the most important thing that made our stay unforgettable was the incredible warmth and care with which we, as a family, were received. Your team was always there for us, and we could contact the host anytime via WhatsApp to get immediate help if we had questions or issues. This personal, family-like support made our stay truly unique. Especially when our daughter fell ill, and every effort was made to care for her (even on a holiday), we were more than grateful! And the numerous recommendations for activities, etc., were precious. Overall, our multi-week stay at Villa Flores was unforgettable, and we can't wait to come back. The host of the property (Marco) was superhelpful and tried to accomodate all our wishes. He was cntinuously available round a clock (lives in the same building)
