Weather became little bit disturbance and the wind was blowing too hard and were bad noice on the roof like banging

great property and location. Friendly staff and loved the dogs!

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The unit was big enough for a family of 4. The beds and linen are very comfortable.

The cupboard and cups were dirty, There was no inverter or provision made for load shedding and we were only there one night with load shedding for most of it. There were no rugs in the house and the floors are very cold. The tiling in the unit is all mis-matched. The furniture is uncomfortable. The picture's of naked people in the one bathroom is really no suitable for young children. That same bathroom has rusty shower pipes and unit just didn't feel clean. Also the neighbours outside area is right by the main bedroom so you have to have the blinds closed and the noise isn't great for an early night. This unit needs updating to be considered a 4 star.

Comfy room with a sunset view of the Table Mountain. Every basic amenity was provided. Price was quite affordable and if you're out and about with a private car this could work out as a great location for some wine tours or whatnot.

Despite located some way out of the city and a hundred or so meters from the highway, you can still hear traffic into the room which is slightly annoying considering the otherwise calm setting. The bathroom has seen better days with moldy ceiling and dirty tiles.

The location was perfect for my purposes. Grounds well maintained and beautiful. Staff and host extremely helpful and friendly during a power crisis and they went out of their way to make things comfortable for me. I will recommend Kleinbosch Lodge to all my friends! Loved it. Gerda

due to power failure we had no electricity or warm water

very specious room and the location was good, easy to get there and quiet as well. Hans en Noeline are very friendly; when the payment didn’t succeed, Hans said I could transfer the money myself later on, so that’s what I did. Thanks again, Hans!

great location and farm setting. spacious and well equipped and even had braai and entertainment facility next to the pool

WiFi didn’t work. DSTV didn’t work. No shower gel or soap in the shower on day 1. owner gives cell number then says we should not call him unless it’s an emergency. no alternative number given

very well situated and most comfortable with a great pool and open areas (view of mountains too).

Not a huge problem, but not that far from R44 main road, thus some road noise (not bad late at night). I like a guesthouse with breakfast, which is no longer provided at Kleinbosch, but in-room facilities mean you can self-cater to an extent. A tad on the expensive side given no breakfast but certainly not outrageous.

Quiet, very spacious and spotlessly clean accommodation. Perfectly located to explore the many beautiful wine estates on your doorstep, yet only a few km from the hustle and bustle of Stellenbosch... And we appreciated the personal friendliness of Hans, the owner, who was only too willing to make our stay most comfortable. We will definitely become regular guests when visiting Stellenbosch.
